Good service; staff made everything possible to help guests in the middle of blackouts in the neighborhood. It’s not central, but fine for what we needed.

Lovely hotel, it was clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Quite a noisy room and surrounding area considering it was in a suburb. It was a little further out from the main areas than I would have liked to be but wouldn’t bypass this place if you were looking for an affordable option. Good shower and decent size double bed too

The hotel itself is nothing to write home about, typical modern style that looks looks like a designer vomited IKEA furniture into existence. The room doors are flush to the wall, so slightly confusing, something clicks but you've no idea where. The room itself was spacious, the taps, showers and lights are annoyingly over complex, if you dim the lights they buzz like angry bees. Only European plugs, no international ones, but plenty of them. The hotel is a little far from the city but the area is lovely, a few nice bars and restaurants available and the metro is only 10 mins away. By far the most outstanding thing about the hotel are the staff, friendly, warm, funny and really helpful. I'd stay here again just for them.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but overall our stay was disappointing. Breakfast was the same every day and quite boring. The pool was closed, and we weren’t informed about it beforehand, which was frustrating. In addition, the location is quite far from main facilities and historical places, making it less convenient for sightseeing.
