Nice and simple hotel. It is a bit old, but still cosy and neat. Very kind front desk and reception. Rooms are clean, beds are great. Especialy we liked the long pillows. Rooms are equiped with simple AC system which works properly. Hotel has also a pool which looks nice. Small beach feeling with parasols and sun beds around the pool. Location of the hotel is a little bit outside of all main atractions, but you have nice connections to all sites with tram and R stations near the hotel. One thing which bothers me is sound isolation. Trough the doors we could hear every single noise from the hall. Every openimg of the door in the hall you hear like it is happenimg at tour room. You even hear people comunicating in rooms around us.
We stayed at this hotel as a family of four and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a quiet area, making it a perfect place to relax, while still offering excellent access to public transport, so getting around was very easy.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable for the whole family. The breakfast was fresh and tasty with a good selection of options. Although we were very satisfied, having a few more choices would make it even better.
The swimming pool is small but very cozy and well maintained—great for a relaxing swim after a day of sightseeing. We also really appreciated the 24-hour reception. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with anything we needed, no matter the time of day.
Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel to families as well as anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.
Checking into this hotel immediately felt like I was bothering the people that worked here. They seemed putout to help clients.
We asked for an iron and ironing board. We were given an iron and had to ask three more times for the ironing board.
The family suite is nice for people travelling with children and there are good restaurants within walking distance.
Room was good with a nice view - comfortable bed & decent bathroom. All the staff were very friendly & helpful. I would stay again & recommend this hotel. Also they have some nice restaurants and parks in the area to explore. Parc de Torreblanca is a wonderful place & within walking distance from the hotel.
Overall, it's a good hotel, but there are a few things that could be improved:
- The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. During my stay, I could hear everything the neighbor above me was doing, as well as everyone walking down the hallway...
- The view from the room wasn't great because there was construction going on right across the street... This isn't the hotel's fault, but I would have appreciated being informed of this upon arrival.
- As for the room itself, it's a nice room despite the following flaws: the decor is a bit outdated, the bathroom is very old, the plastic shower needs to be replaced, and I think a larger mirror with a double sink would be better.
Another thing about the sound system I found in the room, which at first glance seems quite rustic and at second glance doesn't work... It's a shame, really.
Finally, the curtains are really thin, so you're woken up at dawn (there are no shutters)...

Overall, the room is very comfortable, the bed is great, and the room is very clean. When you arrive, you get a few gifts in a bottle of water and bathroom accessories!
I was able to try the breakfast, which is a very impressive buffet that I would definitely recommend. It's well-stocked and you have a wide choice.
