Staff was very helpful with directions, securing taxi, and providing sight-seeing ideas. Room was clean, bed comfortable and they provided daily water. The hotel breakfast bar was exceptional! This is one of my favorite international hotels I have used.
Staff was nice and helpful, and the location is approx a 20 min walk from Park Güell. The room had a fridge and two small complementary water bottles as well as a kettle. We booked it knowing it was a cheap and small room in a 4 star hotel. Sadly, the room we had was lacking and didn't feel 4 star since we couldn't close the window in the bathroom and wallpaper was coming off the wall. If those issues weren't there, it'd be a 4 star rating.
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. We truly appreciated their kindness and attention to detail. The location is also perfect—conveniently situated and close to many of the places we wanted to visit, making it very easy to explore the area. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful room, excellent service, and a great location!
This hotel was great for our family of four. Room was spacious and clean, location was nicely quiet and away from the bustle of the city center but it was still conveniently located and easy to walk to the metro. Staff was courteous and beds were comfy. Street noise was minimal. All in all, I highly recommend!
A fantastic base from which to explore Barcelona. Far enough away from the centre to escape the throng of the tourists hotspots but close enough to visit all the main attractions, Ronda Lesseps is a boutique vibe hotel that doubles as a tranquil bolt hole from the pace of the city. The rooms are beautifully clean, well maintained and appointed. The hotel reception welcoming and friendly and the bar and cafe bright and modern with attentive, friendly and professional staff. The hidden gem is the courtyard, where you can relax in the morning sun, enjoying a coffee, making plans for the day, unaware you’re in a major city. The hotel welcomes locals and tourists alike, giving it a unique feel. Local attractions are in easy reach, including the Gothic Quarter, Basílica de la Sagrada Família, The Waterfront and Park Guell. Restaurants in the local Gracia area have a genuine Catalonian feel. All the staff were fantastic, friendly, professional and accommodating. Taxi from the airport is about 25 minutes. Highly recommended.
