⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Barcelona – Plaza Catalunya! The hotel is very well situated, with lots of restaurants, shops, and things to do within walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable, and it was cleaned every day. The front desk staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was also very good, with lots of choices to suit everyone. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again when I return to Barcelona. Highly recommended! 🇪🇸❤️

Great staff, pretty much central in the city and reasonably close to underground tram & buses. Nice breakfast with good options & spacious with plenty of tables which gives a nice “feel” to your breakfast experience. No rush either and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. This hotel has a pool which is a bonus along with the gym. In house restaurant & bar convenient when you first arrive if you don’t know the city. Nice spacious rooms, good toiletries & linen/towels. Comfortable beds and nice pillows which was a relief after other hotel experiences in Europe. The A/C is really good and local temperature control works really well. Fairly quiet considering it’s on a main road too. We had great in room items such as the Nespresso machine which is topped up every day along with free bottles of water every day. You have an iron & board to use, very convenient particularly if your washing isn’t quite dry after using the laundromat which is an easy 10-12 minute walk away. Close to some awesome tapas bars & restaurants. I would recommend this hotel as a 4 star! Oh, and rooms are a nice size facing the city, good if you have a lot of luggage. I would definitely stay again.

Miriam, Albert, and their entire team were absolutely amazing! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and responsive to our needs throughout our visit. I travel frequently for work and have to stay in a lot of hotels, so I’ve experienced my fair share of hospitality. This hotel truly stands out! The exceptional service and personal attention made our stay especially enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel and an outstanding team!

I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, and the team at Hotel Indigo Barcelona – Plaza Catalunya delivered one of the most genuinely helpful and memorable experiences I’ve had. I had made a mistake with my room reservation, and the staff (Miriam) resolved it almost immediately, with warmth and absolutely no fuss. They then surprised me with a beautiful fruit platter and champagne in my room — an incredibly thoughtful gesture that I wasn’t expecting. What really set the hotel apart, though, was how far the team went to help me with an urgent business matter during my stay. I needed important legal deeds witnessed, signed and scanned on short notice. The staff (Tamer and Miriam) stepped in without hesitation, helped witness the documents, carefully scanned everything for me, and made sure I had what I needed. This was enormously helpful and turned what could have been a stressful situation into something effortless. That combination of efficiency, kindness and genuine hospitality is rare. The rooms are excellent, the location is fantastic, but it’s the people who make this hotel exceptional. A huge thank you to the entire team. I would stay here again without hesitation and recommend it wholeheartedly. Five stars simply isn’t enough.
