We initially thought we had booked a terrace, not to be as all allocated. Our initial room was small, we spoke to the desk who were able to provide a larger room.
Staff was absolutely amazing and helpfull with this, and all our other questions.
We had booked a cruise and returned post cruise to thr hotel. We were able to leave bags at the hotel to make travel easy. On our return we were in early, obviously room not ready but when we returned later all our bags were up in the same room.
It was nice the staff remembered us on our return.
Nice breakfast, Shame no dinner but it's a great area and lots if food and drink options within 10 min walk.

Everything was fantastic! Great service high level rooms and breakfast. The team was very kind and helpfull. Thanks to Robert who assis us to find a taxi to the airport and took our luggage down the street when no taxis arrived becausd of demonstrations. Thanks Robert !!!
Easy access to Barcelona city life. Staff were absolutely great. Rooms perfectly clean and modern. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and they have theeee best coffee.
This hotel in the historic district is quite convenient and nice. The service staff is extremely courteous and helpful especially Jalen during the day shift who is very welcoming. We were quite impressed when he not only stored our suitcases while we went downtown but also had them delivered to our room before our arrival. Also thanks to the front desk gentleman during the Aug. 22 night shift who provided helpful directions to the nearest convenience store.
The hotel staff were very welcoming and provided excellent hospitality. The room was spacious and clean, so I had no complaints in that regard.
The only issue I had was the lack of proper ventilation in the bathroom. There is an exhaust vent that appears to be designed for ventilation, but there is no switch anywhere to turn the fan on!
As a result, the bathroom gets very wet after taking a shower, and unpleasant odors can linger after using the toilet. Whether you are traveling with family or as a couple, you naturally want to keep the bathroom fresh and free of unpleasant smells.
I think having a properly functioning ventilation fan would make the stay much more comfortable.
