I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, everything went wrong. The first room we were given was in unacceptable condition, with obvious maintenance issues that should have been identified before assigning it to guests. We reported the problem immediately and were asked to wait. After waiting for over 30 minutes with my family, we were finally given another room. Unfortunately, the second room also had maintenance issues. Traveling with family, especially after a long journey, this was extremely stressful and inconvenient. Instead of being able to settle in and relax, we spent a significant amount of time dealing with problems that should have been prevented by proper room inspections. To make matters worse, the service was poor throughout the process. There was little sense of urgency, no sincere apology, and no effort to make up for the inconvenience we experienced. Overall, the hotel demonstrated poor maintenance standards and inadequate customer service. I expected much better and would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

We stayed at Eurostar Palace for 5 days in 3 rooms, and all 6 of us (a mix of seniors, adults, and kids) genuinely enjoyed the stay and were grateful to have found this place. Unlike many other hotels, the rooms here are really comfortable and spacious. They've clearly been recently renovated and the quality shows - the beds are comfortable, the doors do a great job at reducing noise from the hallway, the AC is powerful, and all the showers are walk-in, which was perfect for both the seniors and the kids in our group. The breakfast is good enough to start the day right, and the price is very attractive for what you get. The location is fantastic and, more importantly, pleasant to walk around even at night. There's a marketplace right next door that stays open until late, and a taxi stand nearby, though honestly we ended up walking to most places. I have no idea why the overall rating is only 3.8, and I'm glad I didn't see it before booking. The only explanation I can think of is that the renovation might ended recently, so mabye most of those reviews were probably written before the upgrade. If you're on the fence - don't be. Highly recommended.
Exceptional service and an absolutely amazing stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our experience at this hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. It all began before we even arrived, when we ran into flight issues and a lot of uncertainty regarding our flights, meaning we had to either cancel or postpone our trip. Even though the hotel was under no obligation to accommodate our situation, they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. They offered us a variety of alternatives and a very fair option to reschedule our stay. The rebooking process was remarkably easy and convenient, and they didn't even charge us an additional fee, despite the new dates being slightly more expensive. During our stay, the hotel staff, without any exception, was lovely, polite, and provided outstanding service. The rooms were spotless and felt brand new, and the hotel itself has a wonderfully fun and inviting atmosphere. To top it off, the location is absolutely perfect and conveniently close to everything we needed. We will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
We had a truly wonderful stay at Eurostars Cristal Palace and can highly recommend this hotel! The rooms and the bathroom were very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. What stood out the most was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, everyone was kind and welcoming throughout our stay. A very special thank you goes to Savina, who gave us such a warm welcome and kindly assisted us with all our questions and minor issues regarding our rooms. Her support and friendliness really made a difference! The value for money was excellent, and we will definitely book this hotel again in the future.
Stayed here for three nights during the Sant Jordi Festival. The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s close to most of the major tourist attractions within easy walking distance. The Casa Batlló is right around the corner on the left, to the right is the Las Ramblas & markets. There’s plenty of shops, bars & restaurants in the area. There is a taxi rank right outside making it really easy to get around, they are on meter though so be aware of prices & getting stuck in traffic. There’s also a supermarket across the street - which you need as the hotel doesn’t restock the water & they’re non existent with topping up the coffee / milk for the room. The room isn’t great but it makes do for short stays - I wouldn’t want to stay another night longer. The room is very small, quite hot, no view out of the window - it’s just a wall. Also - there is no real door on the bathroom which gave me abit of anxiety! There’s zero privacy as it’s like a frosted glass swing door like a cubical. So, if you was like me & staying with someone you aren’t familiar or close to…bear that in mind. You can hear everything & almost see everything. The location is what makes this hotel, but only good for a night or two.
