I highly recommend this hotel. It is one of the best, nicest, and cleanest hotels I have visited in the world.
As for the staff, they are extremely polite, full of positive energy, and they treat each other like one family.💕 The cleanliness is outstanding, and the food is fresh and very delicious 🌺🌺 all appreciation to the chef.

This hotel was a very poor experience. The staff are not professional and even used profanity when speaking to me. The promise of the property falls very short of the experience. I upgraded to a jacuzzi and hamman room. The jacuzzi wasn't functional but no one seemed to be bothered. Housekeeping entered the room in the middle of the day and after repeated requests to leave, would not.
The room was never cleaned. Upon departure, I was told to pay for an extra breakfast when my daughter came to visit. At no point did they tell me that it was a €25 charge. At check out the reception was excessively rude and dismissive. He used foul language with me and was aggressive. He kept repeating that it wasn't his problem. Neighborhood is wonderful. The service was extremely disrespectful.
I don't know what kind of hotel this is but I it would never speak to a guest this way. This property is subpar. Avoid the property.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful — both the building and its surroundings are truly stunning.
On our first night, we were a little disappointed with a few things. However, after communicating this to the staff, they were incredibly kind and promptly upgraded us to a premium suite.
We were so grateful, and it truly made our trip unforgettable.
The staff here are all so lovely and attentive. A special thank you to Roderic and the other gentlemen on reception, as well as the team in the restaurant, for making our stay so wonderful.

Stayed here for my birthday and had the best time. The room was stunning and spotless. Bed was super comfortable. Ofc the highlight was the sauna and jacuzzi bath , an absolute dream. The staff were also fantastic. I will be back very soon

If you’re not looking to disconnect from the always loud and busy city center, this place may not be for you.
The hotel has managed to perfectly blend in a seamless manner how luxury and coziness can dwell in the same location.
We stayed in the Suite Tibidabo for our first anniversary, and the staff welcomed us with a cake and cava to celebrate. The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed, a big jacuzzi (perfect for 2 people), a sauna and an amazing hammam shower. Yes, everything inside the same room, available 24h a day only for us. Most hotels have a separate, shared spa area, or require you to reserve and pay extra for a private session, but here you don’t even need to leave your room. It was magical. The restaurant was also a beautiful surprise, both for brunch and dinner. Best croquetas, jamón ibérico and pan con tomate we’ve ever had. The staff were friendly and helpful, the library was a lovely touch, with its own fireplace and living-room-style area, and the surroundings felt very quiet and safe. You almost feel like you’re in a different city, even though you’re about 30 minutes away by car from the city center. We couldn’t be more happy to have found such a gem, and we hope we manage to come back.
