Hotel Arts Barcelona

This is my second stay at this hotel. I must say second time was very unforgettable and loads of great memories have been saved. From walking into the hotel seeing loads of young and positive energy of staff members gives you good vibe. Everyone is ready to help and looking after you. My room was looking over the sea and city at one of the highest level of the hotel, was truly breathtaking. You can find anything you need in the room, designed so modern, practical and comfy. ld like to thank specially to MARTINA BACCIGALUPI who were a hero and made my stay super special. She was on top of everything with her team and I cant thank them enough. I will def stay at this hotel in the future. Location was amazing, easy access to the beach and to the city, specially for people who likes to walk around like me. There are so many great things to say about the beauty of the hotel and service but you must experience this yourself. I must say breakfast was also one of the best and great choices ive seen. Thank you to every single team member of Hotel Art Barcelona specially to beautiful Martina who really understands their guest needs and looking after them very well. The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Their attention to detail is incredible. From the moment we checked in, we were welcomed with champagne and didn't have to worry about our luggage at all. Although they didn't have to, they generously upgraded our room to a suite with a direct view of the Sagrada Família. By the time the room was ready, they called us and all our luggages were sitting at the room. During our stay, we were treated to so many wonderful surprises, including delicious afternoon snacks and turn-down service before bed. The food was also of great quality. (As can be seen from then pictures) Even though the spa area was under construction, they offered us complimentary access to their sister hotel, W, as an alternative. They truly thought of everything and made our experience perfect!

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Every interaction was filled with warmth, sincerity, and thoughtful attention to detail. The personalized touches throughout our stay made us feel truly special and demonstrated a level of hospitality that is increasingly rare, even among the finest luxury hotels. A special thank you to Anna, Nerea, Alexander, Latifa, Marvin, Lorenzo, Iulia, Vanessa, Bernat, and Laia for making our experience unforgettable. The Club team was particularly exceptional, Vanessa’s thoughtful craft surprise was a wonderful touch, and the housekeeping team deserves recognition for their impeccable attention to detail. As frequent guests of Marriott and Ritz-Carlton properties, we can confidently say that Hotel Arts Barcelona stands among our absolute favorites. This was truly a masterclass in hospitality, and we would return without hesitation. We cannot recommend this property highly enough!

THE BEST Experience. The concierge was AMAZING! Special shout out to Natalia, Valentina, and Maria!! There was another young blond girl who was super helpful and patient but I don’t remember her name! They helps with booking dinner reservations, adjusting our schedule based on your families needs. We had everything planned but with 3 kids they all wanted different things once we got there! They did it all. I even had a problem with a day trip experience we decided to do. I would not recommend taking the train!!! But they said they would help get the complaint/adjustment started! And they did especially since i don’tspeak Spanish! I really feel that they went above and beyond. Everything about this hotel is great! Breakfast was amazing experience every morning! I loved that they knew my coffee order after 1 time.
