Just arrived back from a 3 night stay. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Did not eat the restaurant food however they were so accommodating by lending us sauce packets, glasses and letting us use the toaster.As a group of 3 girls we felt so comfortable. Only downside were the homeless people outside. i understand it’s out of their control and it wasn’t too bad as we wasn’t bothered or approached by them at all! Room was perfect, could’ve done with a few more sockets but we made do with what we had. AC might need a clean as i suffer with hayfever and dust allergies. Everything else was perfect i highly reccomend!!
Did a reservation through their website, apparently there was an issue with my credit card, so they gave me 24h to fix. I contacted them to see how could I fix it (for example changing the card in their system. They gave me no solution, it was impossible to do any update on their system other than cancel or change dates. Their customer support is awfull, I had to book an Airbnb and their room was still available and they lost a booking for the nights I was staying. Very smart customer support lol
Excellent hotel! First of all, the location is fantastic — it is right next to a metro station, which made it incredibly easy to get to any part of the city we wanted to visit.
The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with great Nespresso coffee and a bakery section that was 10/10!
The overall aesthetic of the hotel is beautiful, but even more importantly, the cleanliness and hygiene were at a very high standard. The housekeeping staff were also extremely kind, polite, and attentive.
We also had lunch at the hotel one day, and it was excellent as well. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality and service.
We would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!
We came to Barcelona, Spain for our honeymoon, and even though we arrived quite late at night, the front desk staff welcomed us so kindly. We were truly grateful for their warm hospitality. 😊
The location was clean and felt very safe, so it was comfortable to walk around even in the evening. The surrounding area was also quiet, and there was a large supermarket nearby, which made it very convenient for shopping. 🛒
The room was clean and in very good condition. At breakfast, we were especially touched by the kindness of a staff member named Mei. She kindly walked us through how to use everything at the breakfast area, kept checking on us, cleared our plates, and warmly asked how the food and service were. Thanks to her, we had an unforgettable experience. 🥐✨
If we ever come back to Spain, this is definitely a hotel we would love to stay at again. We would also like to sincerely thank Marc, who kindly helped us arrange a taxi at the end of our stay. 🚕💛
Mixed feelings about this hotel.
I would have expected a better service for a four star hotel.
Breakfast is surprisingly small with a limited variety of choices.
Coffee you, you need to do it yourself with either a Ristretto or a decaffeinated capsules. If you want a lungo… just put more water even if the capsules is done for a small coffee. I asked for a cappuccino are there machine behind the bar which was on, it was mentioned it’s not possible.
During the breakfast and a few minutes later, two hotel staff members prepared themselves a real coffee and a latte macchiato at the machine behind the bar. So the good coffee is not for the people taking the breakfast, it is for the employees coming back-and-forth to get it.
Rooms are also a bit old but clean. The room was very well clean after the first day.
When leaving at the checkout, it was not even asked if the hotel and everything was good. It just assume it is.
