Hotel Abbot

Quite happy to have booked this hotel right near the hop on/off blue & red line (13 & 3) . Quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet selection. Bed was comfortable.

The Hotel Abbot has a few highlights: it is very close to a metro station, and the morning coffee was genuinely good. The breakfast area was also very clean and well-organized, though the food itself was unfortunately quite bland. However, the stay was disappointing overall. The hotel feels outdated and is extremely loud; I could hear everything from both the street and the hallways. On my first day, the shower flooded my entire room. Instead of fixing the drain or moving me, the staff's only solution was to bring more towels. Combined with a lack of hanging space in the room, stingy soap portions, and occasionally rude service, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

I always add budget into my star rating. The staff was kind, rooms clean close to train station. A good value and a comfortable bed with a clean room .

Absolutely great value for money! Great location really close to the Sants station and with metro and bus stops within walking distance. The rooms are decent sized but they’re not as quiet and the mattress is a bit hard but nothing bad. The service is amazing. The guys are the front desk were always really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with tons of options. I will definitely be coming back.
