Hotel Abba Balmoral

The staff in all areas of the hotel were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating! The staff at the front desk were so helpful to us and greeted us kindly each time they saw us. The breakfast buffet was delicious and widely varied, with some special items that changed daily. We had a light dinner of the spring and summer salad and a meat and cheese board one evening, and our server, Maria, was wonderful! Our room was air conditioned and had a gorgeous view of the street, and each day we returned to it looking perfectly clean! I also tried the free sauna on the top floor, and that was also wonderful. The location is also incredible, very close to Casa Batllo as well as many other special landmarks, and all of the buildings around are incredibly beautiful. We felt the need to stop and take pictures of the beauty often whenever we walked near the hotel. Very very happy with my experience at Hotel Balmoral, a big thank you to all the staff who made our stay feel so special and comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at Balmoral Hotel in Barcelona. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay during our time in Barcelona. Great location and staff are really friendly. There were welcome drinks and snacks available in the lobby upon check-in. They kept our room nice and tidy, with an excellent selection of toiletries as well. The room was very spacious and had a balcony view of the street. It was the only hotel that provided conditioner and lotion during our stay in Europe, so that is a huge plus!! They had a sauna available which was the main reason I chose this hotel but I was unfortunately unable to indulge as they closed at 8PM. Everything was within walkable distance, and even if they weren't, they are really close to multiple train stations and bus stops.

We arrived early and they had our room available so they let us check in early. The breakfast buffet provided was a decent selection of already prepared food which was very enjoyable. Cleanliness of the entire hotel was very good and presentable. The room was a little small for the price and there was a weird unit in the shower wall with a curtain in front of it (still have no idea what it was for). The TV remote was frustrating to use as it never worked well consistently.
