The room was fine, but the breakfast — which I specifically paid for as part of my package — was a complete letdown. When I arrived at the dining area, nearly all the food had run out, with only about 5% of the assortment available. I had almost no choice of what to eat, and the staff did nothing to address the situation. UPD after the answer It was not 10:20, it was 10:00-10:05 (you can check the cameras). After me, there were 4 people (maybe even more) 2 products left — nonsense, even the receptionist told us that they don't have anything, the staff from the kitchen told us that they ran out of stock.

As for the previous comment. The stuff is lying, we were at 10:00, and there were nothing to eat. And it’s not just 2 products that were not available, like 80% were absent. I would share the pictures, but I will not visit this place anymore. But the biggest problem that the staff instead of solving the issue, are just lying. Very bad experience, avoid this place.

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Sant Cugat. The rooms were impressively quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Everything was neat, clean, and well-maintained, with clear attention to detail — even the hand-drawn smileys on the key cards added a nice personal touch. The food was also enjoyable, with good variety and quality. That said, the breakfast seating area felt a bit congested during peak times, and expanding it would greatly improve the experience. On a positive note, there are plenty of parking spaces available, which is very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and thoughtfully managed stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained, and everything I needed was already provided, which made the stay very comfortable and stress-free. The breakfast buffet looked fantastic, was beautifully presented, and offered a great variety of tasty options. The reception staff were truly outstanding very friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Another great advantage is the free, spacious parking, which made arriving and leaving extremely convenient. The location is also excellent: just five minutes from the hotel there is a large shopping center with plenty of stores where you can take your time and do all your shopping comfortably. Overall, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
