We stayed at the hotel before, the room is large and spacious, the location is not bad but still some distance from the nearest station, the neighbourhood is a mixed feeling, not the nicest area which can be quiet or noisy depends on the time of the day. However, the service is the main reason I put low ratings. The receptionists were particularly not nice and unfriendly, they looked at our bookings which we had 2 booking on 2 consecutive days as we decided to stay 1 more night, but it’s all under the same name. The receptionists just rolled their eyes and spoke to each other in Spanish, and laughed at us, very stupid attitude! I don’t understand what’s the reason to laugh at people’s booking, I never seen this behaviour at other hotels. They never explained the hotel amenities or check out policy, and just said nothing to us afterwards. I recommend to avoid this hotel and pick another one due to their bad attitude towards the Spanish speakers! There are plenty of good hotels in Barcelona.

Perfect place for us. We have almost spend 3 weeks here and it has been a great stay. Our room was spacy and the little kitchen with a fridge and microwave was just what we needed. The cleaning staff are professional and out room was spotless and fresh. The gym and the rooftop terrasse is small - but it nice to have the opportunity. Thank you for a nice stay - we will be back again.
