Bartender from Colombia was fantastic (can’t remember his name, sorry). He and the chef took great care of my fiancé and I after our Ibiza trip. It was our best dining experience in Spain by far. The chef was so joyous and made our night as well. Incredible food experience!
Very disappointing experience and definitely not what we expected from a 4-star hotel. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke — the smell was unbearable. The Wi-Fi was by far the worst we have ever experienced in a hotel. We specifically booked this place to work before our flight, but the internet could not even load basic text websites. We had to postpone work calls because of it. Poor Wi-Fi is one thing, but this was on another level — especially for a 4-star hotel. The soundproofing was terrible. We could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Security was also questionable, as it seemed anyone could walk in from the street. The biggest surprise was that the pool and gym cost an extra €15 per person. For a hotel proudly advertising itself as 4 stars, charging extra for basic facilities is ridiculous. The reception experience made everything worse. One of the women at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and openly condescending. She even started lecturing us about learning Spanish because we are in Spain, despite the fact that we have been living here for less than four months for work. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. A 4-star price, a 2-star experience.

I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. The staff were polite and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The food was lovely, with a great variety and excellent quality.The cleanliness was outstanding everything was well-maintained, and housekeeping did a fantastic job. Every day we were provided with fresh bedding and towels, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere and scent throughout the hotel were incredible and added to the relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
My room was clean and nicely decorated, which made me feel comfortable right away. The hotel is located outside the city center, but since there is a bus stop just a three-minute walk away, it was still easy for me to get around. Unfortunately, the room was quite noisy and not well soundproofed. I could hear noises from outside, and the first night was especially loud, so I didn’t sleep well. The breakfast did not meet my expectations and could definitely be improved. However, the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is room for improvement.
