Our stay at H10 Urquinaona Plaza was excellent, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service we received from Francesca at the front desk. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made our experience memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, handling every request with professionalism and a genuine smile. The hotel itself is well-maintained and ideally located in Barcelona, but it’s Francesca who elevated our stay from good to exceptional. Highly recommended—and do ask for Francesca if you can!
We absolutely loved our stay at H10 Urquinaona Plaza. The location is perfect—central and convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Although the room was small, it was comfortable and perfectly fine for our three‑night stay. The atmosphere was relaxing, with minimal noise, and the amenities were exactly as described.
What truly stood out was the impeccable service. Our checked luggage was delayed due to an employee strike at the Barcelona airport, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. They assisted with phone calls, recommended places to shop for clothing, arranged taxis, and were always available whenever we needed support. Their kindness made a very stressful situation much easier to handle.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is a really nice place and the staff provided excellent attention from the moment we arrived. Our room was incredibly comfortable and clean.
The only downside was that the in-room coffee machine didn't work, which was a bit disappointing for the morning. Other than that minor hiccup, everything was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again!
On my second visit to Barcelona, I spent 4 wonderful nights at this hotel and couldn't be happier with my choice.

Awesome location and very good hotel. Rooms were cleaned every day, big walk in shower and nice amenities. Staff are super helpful and friendly. It’s very central and has excellent bus/metro links directly by the hotel to take you all around the city. Walking distance to gothic area, ramblas, marina/beach, zoo and aquarium to name but a few.
