Great location, easy to find and travel to different areas of Barcelona without a car. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping daily was efficient. Even though it's at the corner of a couple of busy streets, we thought it was very quiet. We sent out some laundry one day and it took a little longer than expected to get back, but we weren't in a rush, but just FYI in case you are. Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!
I stayed at Gran Hotel Havana while attending a training course in Barcelona and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a great location and an excellent breakfast. A special thank you to Marcus, who warmly welcomed me every morning and made sure I had a lactose-free breakfast. His kindness, attention and genuine care made my stay even more enjoyable. We flew here from Boston MA for a wedding in September 2026. We loved staying in Gran Hotel Havana in Barcelona! Great location for someone who loves to walk around and experience a new place. The suite where we stayed had the clock which was fun! Recommend the suite for all the space plus a bathroom and powder room, and the windows. Bed was excellent. Quiet. Clean. The breakfast buffet was really delicious. Superb service. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and restaurant very much.
A solid hotel in a great location. The food at breakfast is very good, even if the selection isn't the largest. The rooms are a bit small, and they could use a good dusting here and there. The gym is super small; as soon as there are 2–3 people in the room, it's practically impossible to work out. The sauna is nice, and the rooftop terrace offers a fantastic view.
The Staff are very friendly. The standard room we stayed in was large and extremely clean, as was the whole hotel. The bed was very comfortable with a choice of pillows. Quiet air conditioning. The breakfast was very good. With a wide choice of food. Hot food, eg eggs sausages bacon. Cold meats and cheese. Yoghurt, fruits, patisseries. We also had some evening meal in the restaurant and on the roof terrace. The roof terrace had a good sized pool . Some sun beds and towels. We spent several enjoyable evenings on the roof terrace. The hotel was in a good location to explore the city from . I would return again and highly recommend this hotel.
