Very bad experience with Fisa Rentals, I had a booking with them from 28th Feb to 5th March and because of Iran Israel war all flights from UAE ( Dubai and Abu dhabi ) to Barcelona and all over the world got cancelled. I wrote to them, requesting them to cancel my booking as I was unable to reach Barcelona. Additionally I called them to inform them the same, to my surprise, they not only not cancelled my booking but sent me check out process from the apartment, then sent me feedback of my stay with them. I again called them to say, hey! I am expecting my refund back as I did not stay in the apartment. Much after explaining and giving the call centre agent reference of my previous email, I was told that its not possible to return my 5 days stay money which I had paid 100% in advance. They could have taken 1 days rent from me and refunded me 4 days rent, but they very conveniently took all my money for 5 days stay when I never went there. Ridiculous and shameful !!
Perfectly located, hassle-free, and close to the metro. A “super clean” apartment, air conditioning, and very bright. We stayed there for four days and they provided face towels for each day, for both occupants. The kitchen is very small but has absolutely everything you could need. Honestly, there isn’t a single downside. Oh! And I almost forgot to mention—the bed and pillows are not just comfortable, they’re incredibly cozy and supportive.
This was my second stay at the upper floor apartment on Marqués de Sentmenat and I enjoyed it every bit as much as the first one. Location is great, with plenty of public transportation options; and it is a very nice neighborhood. The apartment itself is truly nice: it has lots of natural light (although it faces North, so there is no direct sunlight), it is cozy, comfortable, and feels larger than it actually is because of the open layout. Very quiet, most of the time. The bed is extremely comfortable, and so are the pillows. On the minus side, wifi reception is great in the living room but does not extend to the bedroom; the welcome packs could be more generous: no kitchen paper rolls are provided, and if you stay for more than a couple days you'll need to buy dish soap and/or dishwasher tablets; I have not been able to make the dryer mode of the washing machine work properly. Other than those relatively minor details, this is a great place to stay and it remains my top choice for my frequent visits to Barcelona.
Self catering apartments, not really a hotel. Code to enter which you can get via online emails/ deposit payment or from their office in central Barcelona. Quiet area near Barcelona Sants station. Very clean, nice bathroom, enormous double bed, all facilities provided, good for multi day visits where you want to do some of your own cooking. Many small supermarkets nearby but a bit of a walk or metro to the tourist spots.
