Staff and Breakfast ist great! The Hotel is getting old. The Gym is one of the worst I have every seen in a 4 Star Hotel. A lot of things are defect/ missing. Just running/bike is possible.

Great hotel all around, it's clean, you're always treated with kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. It's incredibly close to Cerdanyola, making it very convenient to go out and grab a bite or a beer. If anything, maybe the beds could use some upgrades since they make quite a bit of noise, but it's something so insignificant that it did not change the experience in general. Would defintely come again!

I would give four or five stars if the staff in the counter are not so bad and incompetence. They do nothing when there is a problem in the room. There are nails on the door of the closet and scratched my wife (super dangerous mistakes made by hotel). The staff just said she cannot do anything but changing a room. She said the manager will contact us but no replies afterwards. We had very weak wifi in our room, no one can help. The staff even closes the door and talks in the room of the counter during the working time. Unbelivable. In general, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. Especially, the staff in the restaurant is very friendly.
