This is a great location for visiting Sagrada Familia. Just a few short blocks away. Plenty of places to grab a meal. Red hop on bus is available right outside the church if you want to further explore. It is a good 30 minute walk to Catalunya Square and Gothic Quarter. The hotel is very clean, reception staff all helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only negative is bedding and pillows were not great but guess that's a personal thing.

Great hotel, but third-party service left a stain. The hotel itself was wonderful. The stay, location, cleanliness, and staff were all divine. Additionally, the view of the Sagrada Familia from our room was spectacular. We absolutely loved our stay, and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Barcelona. Based strictly on the accommodation, I recommend it 100%. However, trust and honesty are extremely important in this business, and that is where they failed. We prepaid for an airport pickup service directly through our hotel reservation. The driver never showed up. To make matters worse, the service was dishonestly marked as "completed" in their system. While the hotel staff kindly tried to help us file a claim, the provider began requesting documents they already possessed. It felt like a tactic to make us give up, which we eventually did out of frustration. Canceling the prepaid return transfer was also a nightmare. The hotel needs to realize that using unreliable third-party providers severely damages its credibility.
Not sure how this is a 4-star hotel.. It definitely is not, and I would not recommend it! Some rooms are truly 2 stars. The hotel only has 1 small elevator. The AC is also controlled by the hotel; you cannot increase it, only decrease it. Some nights it was set at 24.5°C despite it being quite hot and humid outside. We booked 5 nights, and the AC in our room was not working properly. Management's solution was to send us to another, lower-tier hotel that they own for one night, and then have us return the next day. When we contacted expedia about cancelling, they suddenly found us a much nicer, renovated room. How convenient. It was disappointing because they clearly had better rooms available but did not want to offer one to us from the start a better room. The new room we got made us realize just how poor our original room was. It was old, poorly maintained, and honestly felt like a 2-star room at BEST. The renovated room, on the other hand, was what I would actually expect from a 4-star hotel. We also had cleanliness issues. On two separate occasions, we found stains - once on a pillow and once on a towel. I NEVER write Google reviews, but doing this because of how disappointed we are. You are better off spending the same amount of money, if not cheaper, and staying somewhere more central and way nicer that is truly 4 stars!
Prime location overlooking Sagrada Familia. Room is ok. Great service. Breakfast is adequate, not good nor bad.
Great view of the Sagrada familia from our room. The room size was ok. They have water and kettle heater so you can have some coffee. The bathrooms are clean and the room itself was also fairly clean. Service was very good. The reception gave us what we needed. Breakfast was also good, no issues with their food selection. Location wise, its not close to the city but you can take the metro steps away from the hotel. Sagrada Familia is an 8 minute walk from this hotel.
