I stayed at Eurostars Don Cándido for three nights, and it was a great experience. The service was excellent, and the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Although it’s a bit far from the metro and city center, the price makes it very good value for money. However, if you have an early morning flight from Barcelona–El Prat Airport, I wouldn’t recommend staying here, as it can be quite difficult to arrange a taxi, and ride-hailing services like Uber are not very reliable in this area.

Upon returning from our trip at 9:00 PM, we realized the key wouldn't open the room. When we went down to the reception, we were told that the room, with all our personal belongings still in it, had been assigned to someone else and that we had to vacate immediately. Even though we explained that we didn't want to move to another room and that we would be checking out the next morning, the receptionist continued to be rude. My young son and I waited helplessly for a long time. We had to agree to change rooms, and they told us they would give us the key to the new room after we had unpacked our belongings before giving us the key. As a woman, I was left stranded in the hallway with my personal belongings. They were very rude and inconsiderate. I definitely do not recommend it.
