Hardly a 3 star hotel. I don't know how they got 4 stars. The reception is okay but you have to wait alot, the staff is friendly but not well dressed for their profession. And at the check-in they wanted to scan my credit card, I know it's to charge money when you damage something, but take the whole info? Dude you would see even the CVV number and you would be able to use it online. I booked the room via booking.com and they should have the info needed and I have been in so many countries and no one ever asked for it in this way. I refused to give them the card and wrote the info needed only. The hotel is not clean, and room cleaning is very bad and they don't care. They don't even clean the floor even when there is dirt that is very noticeable. The AC was not functioning the first 2 nights and then it worked. Good location if you want to walk to the beach very often otherwise everything in the city is far away and you need to ride a buss so it depends on what you like the most. The minifridge was empty except for two small bottels of water. The walls and doors are very thin and you can hear everything like crystal clear especially when people are walking and talking in the corridors and the doors of other rooms make loud noise when they close and you can hear it and at night god help you if you want to sleep and there are alot of people coming and going. They do a good gesture of giving you beach towels if you want and its free. Breakfast is decent. Very very bad value and definitely not worth the price, I have booked a real 4 star hotel in Granada and Seville and the price was half this hotel and 100% better. Not recommended mostly because of the price, noise and cleanliness. Overall one of my worst hotel experiences.

Jr Suite has a good sea view. Whilst the hotel is not particularly modern, it’s well located and has a nice relaxing atmosphere. I would go back. Great AC! Great breakfast, and close to the local cafes and restaurants.
Overall, I would describe this hotel as a decent 3-star property rather than a true 4-star hotel. Check-in took a little longer than expected, but the staff offered us room-temperature bottled water while we waited, which was a thoughtful gesture. Throughout our stay, the staff were friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. The only odd thing was that their uniforms looked more like something you’d expect at a street food truck than at a 4-star hotel. The room was missing several amenities I would normally expect from a hotel in this category. There were no slippers or body lotion. The hotel provided one toothbrush kit, but the tiny toothpaste only lasted for two brushings and was never replaced. Tissues were only replenished on the first day, so we had to use toilet paper for the rest of our stay. Each guest received one 300 ml bottle of water per day, which felt rather stingy considering how hot Barcelona was during our visit. The shower water pressure on the fifth floor was very weak, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The bathroom sink also drained very slowly, so it filled up with soapy water almost immediately whenever we washed our hands. Breakfast costs only €10, but unfortunately the quality reflected the price. The selection was quite limited, exactly the same every day, and the coffee was just average. The pancake machine was out of order for most of our stay and only started working during the last two days. The tableware was also unusual, with very small plates and bowls being used instead of proper drinking glasses. The breakfast staff, however, were always welcoming and friendly, which made the experience much more pleasant. One nice touch was that the hotel provided separate towels for the rooftop pool and the beach. The rooftop pool itself was disappointing. The water didn’t seem to be filtered well enough, and after only an hour or two of guests using sunscreen, it became noticeably cloudy. Housekeeping also fell short of expectations. They changed the bed sheets but didn’t properly clean the room or the bathroom during our stay. On the positive side, the location is excellent. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the metro, the beach, and plenty of good restaurants. Overall, we had an acceptable stay thanks to the great location and the kindness of the staff, but the facilities and level of service don’t really match what I would expect from a 4-star hotel.
I was appalled by the four star rating of this hotel. Upon checking in, I couldn’t believe how outdated this hotel is. The lobby is nonexistent, with a couple of old and stained sofa with terrible smell. The elevators are old, and what’s even worse is the room. There’s hole in my towels, no coffee machines, the bed squeaks with every little movement. The air conditioning keeps a loud humming sound when operating, and the bedside sofa has nasty stains all over. Furthermore, you can hear every movement from the room upstairs, be it be walking in the room, moving chairs or flushing the toilet. You can also hear everything from the corridor too. The door to my room won’t close without a loud bang, which I’m sure would be annoying to people next doors too. I tried to use the gym one day, and it’s located in the parking garage level where you have to get a key in order to get in. I stayed for five minutes and came out, because each single machine is either wobbly or operates with a loud noise. It feels like all the equipments have been sitting there for more than 10 years without maintenance (I’m not exaggerating). I couldn’t wrap my head around how this place even get a four star rating and to be honest it’s the worst hotel I ever stayed in. It’s at most a 2 star if not worse.
It's ok, but overall not worth the price. The water was cold on 1 out of 5 days of my stay. One window didn't close sound-tight and I was hearing the street in the night. Also, the AC air filter was loud and couldn't be turned off. So you can stay here ok, but you will get less than what your paid for.
