Enjoybcn Dali Apartments

I recently booked a 4 bedroom apartment in Dali’s Barcelona location online. I received a confirmation my reservation was booked and paid for, the price of the apartment for 2 nights was amazing, I confirmed it over the phone with a EnjoyBCN representative. They informed me it was correct and I was confirmed for my booking. Today I received a email from Host, EnjoyBCN that they had to cancel my reservation because they had priced the room wrong, hmmmmm…falsely advertised a pricing of an apartment. Be careful if you book with them as this may happen to you. The pricing had tripled for the apartment from the price I booked for online and confirmed with their rep. I highly suggest not booking with EnjoyBCN as this could happen to you. Now I have to find another place! Not a good company policy to not give the apartment for the price they listed it online. Just plain poor business when they made the mistake.

Absolutely amazing location in the Born area. The unit was clean, easy to access and good space to sleep five+, but could have had more style. Various friends rented other units that had more style/decor, but this unit was in the best location. The unit could have provided complimentary coffee pods and more soap and shampoo for our 5 night stay. The rental company was professional and responsive. Overall, I would rent again.

Our stay was lovely at the Dali Apartments. It's perfectly situated so that you aren't far from the action. The apartment was cozy and they provided basic necessities. Once we figured out communication was on What's App, it was super easy. We even had an issue with toilet clogging and they were able to help pretty quickly. We were there for six nights and it included one housekeeping day, which was nice. It was nice to have a place with a full kitchen and separate living space with my family of four. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location right next to the subway with plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Apartment was nice and comfortable for the 4 of us. Communication with management was very good and responsive. We heard a constant tapping noise in the queen bedroom our 4th night that unfortunately ended up being a leak that dripped through the ceiling on our last night. Overall we had a good experience.
