The apartment is very good and clean. Location is perfect. They give us bi-daily changing towels. We book one week and they give us full cleaning one time for free. Wifi is amazing. 3 bathroom (2 of them fully equipments). Kitchen fully equipped boiler and esspresso machine as well. Its hotel apartment. Two rooms ( 2 single bed and one king bed). Living room with sofa size king bed but we did not use it. Terrance is very big with two different setting area.

We booked the apartment for 12 days and encountered several problems during our stay, none of which were addressed thoughtfully by the company: - The elevator did not work for most of our stay. - The wi fi was very weak and made it very challenging for us to work. - The apartment is not equipped for 5 people, even though we booked it for 5. Any problem you encounter during your stay, you are on your own. Keep in mind you pick up your keys at a different location, which is not walking distance from the apartment. So check in is complex if you have travelled a long distance to get here. It is really not worth it, there are many other apartments in this location that are much nicer and better managed for a lower price.

I recently stayed at Cosmo Apartment in Barcelona (Consell del Cent) and my experience was disappointing. The reception was cold and unfriendly; I wondered if they were mocking me. The apartment's ambiance was simple but worn-out and sometimes damaged. Issues included a clogged shower, broken outdoor curtain, no pan in the kitchen, a malfunctioning elevator, no drying rack, and a dirty bath mat. The person I spoke to on the phone seemed irritated when I pointed out these problems. Some minor issues were addressed during the stay, but others, like the unusable shower, persisted throughout. While the location is perfect, it's the only and sole advantage. I do not recommend this place

I would not recommend to stay in this apartment. They take you 200 euros as a fee. There is no reception. The service is very very bad, if you have any problem they don't help you at all. When we arrived our apartment didn't have any amenities, so we contacted the reception 3 time to ask for the amenities and they didn't supply them. We couldn't wash our hands with soap because there was not even hand soap! At the end we asked for a compensation and they said they couldn't compensate us. They should treat costumers better.
