The elegant and bright Cosmo Apartments Marina - Auditori are located 200 meters from the bullring and Monumental Metro Station. These modern and stylish apartments offer free WiFi, air conditioning, and wooden floors. Some apartments also include a DVD player and an additional TV in the bedrooms. Glories Shopping Centre, Encantes Market, and Razzmatazz Concert Hall are within 500 meters of the apartments. Barcelona city center is easily accessible, just three metro stops away. Regular bus stops near the property provide convenient access to the city's beaches in 15 minutes. The apartments are also close to the Auditorium, National Theatre, Agbar Tower, and North Bus Station. Check-in and key collection take place at Cosmo Apartments Sants at Passeig Sant Antoni, 30, 08014, Barcelona (24-hour reception, tel: +34 93 339 3786). A €200 deposit (Visa or Mastercard) is required to cover potential damages and will be refunded upon departure, provided everything is in order. Great and relatively safe location that is close to a couple of supermarkets and tourist attractions, such as Sagrada Familia or Monumental. The apartment was very spacious, though we were disappointed to find no hand soap. There was no issue with other guests screaming or thin walls. An air conditioner worked well and so did a boiler. I visited in March, so theoretically off-season.

Guests scream at all hours during day and night. I’ve called the police several times and finally some tourists got a 600euros fine :D. As a neighbour, this situation is very frustrating. Our building is next door and we hear everything (horrible music, conversations, screaming, everything believe me). New people every night that has 0 sense of respect. Then they wonder why we don’t like these type of tourists in BCN. I’m calling the police every time there are loud people. Hopefully you will all be fined :) Every summer is the same. DONT stay here

One big issue was the big deposit upon check-in. They mention it only on a side tab and not in the main description. They should be more upfront about it so the guests can make a decision based on that. Also had to collect the keys from another location which is also not mentioned on the main description. Other than that, staff were good and the rooms were excellent. Well located. But too much drama which was not expected.

The staff are rude. They over charged and refused to refund. We got a 'free upgrade' to a 2 bedroom apartment that had no cutlery, bowls, kettle, glasses, working heater, and ran out of hot water within minutes of each shower. They didn't even have proper sheets for the bed, just big flat ones folded under and no blankets. We only had working internet for 50% of the time and no working TV or music access. The reception is also 40 minutes away from these apartments where you need to pick up the keys to enter your own room.
