An absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always happy to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety, a perfect way to start the day. A fantastic experience overall. Highly recommended, and I’d happily stay here again!
We are really enjoying our stay here. The rooms are huge compared to our last place we stayed in, for a reasonable price. The hotel is new and modern and feels grand. As were having breakfast in Simultaneo, one of the service staff Andrea was very helpful and answered our questions about local shopping areas. We will definitely be staying here again. 6 stars if I could.
Exemplary! I brought a group from Kenya for a 4 night stay and despite our early morning arrival, the team at the reception worked tirelessly to ensure we got our rooms way before the official check-in time! Big up to Pedro and team! The breakfast from day 1 to the last day was simply amazing. The team at the breakfast room are a gem - willing to assist and well coordinated! A buffet in europe was the ice breaker! Thank you so much and well done! You can be sure we are coming back!
Room was pretty and modern. Got a superior that was supposed to be a high floor but was the first. Only issue with the room was the air conditioning controller. Simply no chance to regulate the temperature. No matter the setting it did what it wanted and you could only set the intensity. Not good if the flow goes straight to the bed. Cleaning service was awesome. The staff at the reception is not helpful and not attentive to customer needs. Worst of all was the food and the half pension. Choice was extremely limited, at times forced, and turned out to be more expensive than ordering directly there. Never seen anything like it. Breakfast also average and overpriced. If you go I recommend to book only the room, that’s best value for money
I stayed at this hotel in August 2025 and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and many attractions. The reception staff were welcoming and professional, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only downside was the swimming pool. I specifically chose this hotel because it had one, but it was much smaller than I expected. Unfortunately, I arrived at the same time as a large group, so it was impossible to enjoy it due to how crowded it became. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service.
