This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel is essentially a construction site from 8am to 6pm. There is constant noise everywhere, making it impossible to sleep, rest, or even have a conversation. The level of disturbance is completely unacceptable for a place that is supposed to provide comfort. I asked to change rooms, but the staff were very dismissive and didn’t even apologize. No solution was offered, nor any form of compensation. After three days of extreme discomfort, I had no choice but to leave the hotel. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the management and the female receptionist. When I raised my concerns, they spoke to each other in Catalan in front of me, which felt extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand that keeping the hotel open during construction may not have been their personal decision, and dealing with complaints might be frustrating. However, I expected a basic level of professionalism and kindness—especially since my concerns were reasonable and I remained polite throughout. I would not recommend staying here

Would definitely stay again and actually tried to book but they were full. Great location with gorgeous view of the sea. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was ready for an early check in which was great after a 6am flight. We even got a personal welcome from the GM. Very comfy bed, nice wee balcony, lovely coffee and welcome selection of sweets and savouries, breakfast was good with a lot of choice. All exactly as in the pictures. Also allowed us to leave the car in their parking garage after checkout until we left the city which helped us out greatly. Only things I would suggest for improvement would be a bit more selection for the hot breakfast options, potentially more coffee and milk in the room but they were more than happy to bring us up more so really not an issue, and perhaps a picture or two on the wall of the room but that's just being spoilt. Lovely place.
Great hotel, great staff. We had a nice view from the room, AC that saved our nights, the reception was manned 24h and 7 min walk to the beach. The only negative thing was that there wasn’t not any sockets by the beds and we only had 2 by the counter while being 3 people, also charging phone did take longer than usual.
Booked a standard double room with sea views over a month in advanced and got the highest floor. What an incredible view! We did not get early check in, however we were able to quickly check in our bags and rent out beach umbrella and towels. The short walk to the beach over the bridge was no longer than 5 minutes. The service desk was also very friendly. The only improvements could be fixing up the outdated, half-length shower doors (water gets on the floor if you’re not careful) and the super slow lift. Would recommend!
Staff was helpful and kind, coffee was delicious and cheap. Rooms are small but fully functional and have many amenities. We were upgraded to a double room with two bathrooms and a mini bar at no cost. Showers were good. We didn't know how to turn the power on in the room--put the key card in a slot--but no real complaints. Bed was very firm. Location is only great for beaches and little else.
