Just returned from a 2 night stay here and it was perfect! The front desk staff was very helpful. We had the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment and it was great. Spacious and clean. Having the kitchen and sitting room area was an added bonus. The location is perfect with a 24-hr grocery store just around the corner and a coffee house/bakery a few steps away. They arranged our transfer to the airport...the fare was very reasonable. Will definitely book this hotel the next time we visit Barcelona!
Apartments are in a good location, quiet, elevated, surrounded by many pleasant brunch places.
We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment with 4 people. It was fine, noice insulation was okay ish, we could hear people in the hallway in the night, but not much through the walls.
Receptionist could be friendlier.
The hotel's location is excellent. You can walk to all the famous restaurants and tourist attractions within 30 minutes. The facilities are also very clean since it’s a newly built building. However, there is a lack of attention to detail. Dust had accumulated under the bed because it wasn't cleaned, and water leaked because part of the rubber seal on the shower booth door came off. Also, there is some noise between floors.
Nice and spacious rooms, kind staff and great location! The 4 instead of 5 stars is due to insect bites from bed duvets and mattresses. It’s been a week and I still have marks on my skin. Hotel should consider spraying in rooms and common areas.
The location is awesome! Metro is 10 min away, bus 7, next supermarket around the block, would stay there again.
Rooms are a little (really just a little) worn down, but they are remodelling right now.
Front desk is very helpful, 24/7 available via Whatsapp, rooms are clean, well equipped, so perfect to stay there with the family or friends.
