Bonavista Apartments - Pedrera

Stayed here for 11 nights in December in the one bedroom terrace. Love the view (both sun rise and sun set) and you catch Sagrada Familia from a distance. Location is excellent as it's the start of Passeig De Gracia (Diagonal train stop is right at the door step, bus stops too). Lots of eateries nearby which are walking distance - Bar Mut, La Flauta, Ali Ocakbaşı, Xuba Tacos, supermarcats and grocers nearby too (Aldi just opened, Caprabo right next to higher end ones like Ametller). If you're looking to shop, lots of high end brands nearby as well, as you make your way down to Plaza Catalunya. We prefer to El Cortes here than the newer one at El Cortes. The flat was definitely comfortable for both my husband and I - dining table for us to check our email, sofa for lazying around, washer and dryer was convenient and a full kitchen, though we did not cook. The flat was very clean when we arrived and 'check in' was super simple with web key (must have data for this to work). If you're lugging huge heavy bags, there's just a few steps before the lifts. Wifi is workable though drops some times, but good enough. Victor, who I liaised with from start was very prompt and friendly in his replies. I informed him about a small issue with the TV and he made arrangements to send a new TV rather immediately! We had clean towels , bed was very comfortable and lots of storage for long stays. We also had the place cleaned midway through our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we ever made our way back to BCN!

A very spacious apartment—perfect for a family of four! It’s always a challenge for us to find suitable hotel accommodations when traveling with two young kids, especially since we prefer not to book two separate hotel rooms. This apartment met all of our needs and more! The balcony view was absolutely stunning. If you can, definitely try to book the unit with a balcony—it’s so worth it. After a long flight and a one-hour wait at customs, we arrived at the apartment feeling exhausted, but the incredible view instantly lifted everyone’s spirits. The apartment is also located in excellent location, with subway right in front of the building, along with two stops of city bus tour nearby! While there were a few minor areas for improvement, we were mainly there to rest at night, so we didn’t mind. Everything essential was in place, and we didn’t need anything more. Victor was also fantastic—very responsive and helpful in answering all our questions. I highly recommend this apartment for families looking for more space than a typical 200-square-foot hotel room. It made a big difference in our comfort during the trip!

Situated in a prime area of Barcelona. Close to all major attractions and public transportation. The apartments are stylish, spacious, and well furnished. The only hassle was to collect the key from a different location.

BIGGEST concern was that the location on google maps and the actual location of the apartment are different. the address is only accurately shown on Apple's Maps. Otherwise you are directed to a building a few blocks down and across the plaza. Had to use the location of a nearby cafe throughout the trip (Buenas Migas) in order to navigate back apartment. The apartments are at a great location nearby the subway station and transit in general. Area was very safe. Rooms were clean and very spacious for 4 adults. The pull out bed was comfortable to sleep in. AC unit was a great benefit for the the summer heat. There was an area to sore luggage prior to check in and the staff were friendly. However, the hours that the staff are present is limited to office hours no one to call if need assistance after 3pm. My only other concerns were that there was some water that leaked from the shower door because the rubber around the door was not connected. The washroom in general was clean and well kept but there were few small cracks noted on the walls closer up to the ceiling.
