We recently stayed here for a night to catch a flight back home.. The hotel is conveniently located with shuttle included wich is a plus, the hotel is clean is so was our room, check in was at 3 pm. However, our room was available at 9 am and that was awesome. Our room was just as described, cleaned and very well decorated, the bed is not comfortable at all, a concrete floor would be better to say the least. Continental breakfast was great and so was the restaurant for dinner. Here is worst part about this hotel, customers accounts were compromised, my husband received multiple emails, and texts messages requesting to confirm the booking, my husband called the hotel and they confirmed they were not sending such requests.. The front desk guy told my husband a lot of other people received such messages but there was nothing they could do as there were too many impacted people.. Please beware!!

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip. I chose the hotel because of its proximity to the airport, although I still need the shuttle: 10 minutes for T1 and 20 for T2. The shuttle is provided by the hotel free of charge. The hotel looks good, quite modern even if it pays a bit for the lack of routine maintenance. On the other hand, the modern rooms are quiet and well cleaned. I can't say anything about the services and breakfast because I arrived late in the evening and left very early the next day. Prezzo un po' alto per il solo pernottamento considerando anche la non immediata vicinanza all'aeroporto.
Had a great time here during October. At the check-in they played a hardstyle with their phone because I jokingly asked for it in the "special needs" category while booking my trip online. Had a good laugh. The room itself was nice, but the shower was leaking due to broken silikon door protection. The breakfast had a vast amount of fruits, cheese, meat, vegetables, juices and bread. Gute Käse würde ich mal behaupten
I always seem to end up staying at the BAH Hotel when I'm in Barcelona for work trips. The rooms are good—nothing particularly luxurious, but they are spacious, comfortable, and the showers are huge. On this visit I stayed for nine nights. Whenever we chose to stay at the hotel rather than head into the city, we ate on the bar terrace. The menu is fairly limited, but the food was consistently good. What really stood out was the staff. The terrace team were friendly, attentive, hardworking, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. One evening our group decided to try the restaurant downstairs, and unfortunately the experience was completely different. Despite the restaurant being only half full, we waited around 45 minutes for our food and about 10 minutes just to get drinks. There were four of us dining, and only one person was happy with their meal. My chicken was so overcooked it was rubbery, and the jacket potatoes were dry and disappointing. I would happily stay at the hotel again and would definitely eat on the bar terrace, but I wouldn't choose to dine in the restaurant based on this experience.
This was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We booked this hotel expecting a comfortable place to rest, but it turned into a complete nightmare. It was the very first night of our trip. From 2:00 AM until past 3:30 AM, there was an unbearable, incredibly loud, and strange noise coming from inside our room. We tried to endure it, hoping it would stop so we could sleep, but it never did. I was never upset until this time. because I thought the reception would solve the problem and give us some other option for the inconvenience experience. When we finally couldn't take it anymore and contacted reception, their only "solution" was to change our room with all our stuffs even without saying simple word "sorry" . Consequently, at 4:00 AM, we were forced to pack up all of our luggage and move to a different room in the middle of the night. We got absolutely no sleep. Having to pack and move at dawn completely exhausted us and ruined the entire first day of our holiday. To make matters worse, when we wanted to speak to the manager at checkout to complain about this unacceptable situation, we were simply told the manager was "on vacation." A hotel's most basic duty is to provide a quiet environment for guests to sleep. This place completely failed to do that, and the way they handled the situation was terrible. If you value your sleep and don't want your vacation ruined, I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel at all costs. * After our trip we sent an email to the manager abouth this situation and he says it was probably noise from carnival festival .(eventhough carnival ended a day before we arrived to this hotel) and just keep making excuses. 4star hotel? very funny.
