Aspasios Las Ramblas Apartments

Great apartment (excellent for our family with an infant), perfect location just off Las Ramblas, within walking distance to nearly everything we could need (and several metro stops for everything else). We appointed space (could have used hangers and shelves for storage in the bedrooms, though). We asked for and received extra towels, pillows and the necessities for the baby (crib/cot and high chair), which were only handled via phone. We would have liked more email/text communication, but it all worked in the end. The place has luggage storage at the entry which was a great option for early arrival before our apartment was ready. Thanks Barcelona, and Las Aspasios, we will be back.

Our stay at Marina’s apartment was absolutely wonderful! We traveled with my elderly parents, and this place couldn't have been more perfect. First of all, the location is unbeatable—it’s literally steps away from Palau Güell and Las Ramblas, making it so easy for my parents to explore without getting tired. But what truly touched us was Marina’s hospitality. She was incredibly kind and helpful, even allowing us a late check-out so we could visit the sights across the street before heading to our cruise. It made our transition to the port so much smoother and stress-free. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a true home. We enjoyed delicious paella at the local restaurants she recommended. If we ever return to Barcelona, we wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else. Thank you, Marina, for making our family trip so special!

Avoid this place. The second night turned into a complete disaster — water was leaking into the room like a flood. The apartment became unusable, unsafe and absolutely not as described. The owner ignored the problem and offered no help, no solution and no compensation. Very unprofessional and irresponsible attitude. Stay away from this unreliable host and broken accommodation.
