Very pleasant stay. The apartment was conveniently located in the nice neighborhood near metro and had everything we needed for a short stay. Customer service from Aspasios was always easily accessible by phone and email and very accommodating to all our needs, including storing the luggage after check-out. The apartment was clean, spacious, and fit well our group of four. Thanks, Aspasios!
Excellent location and customer service. We arrived at the airport at 9pm and called the number provided. Once we arrived to the apartment we called again and were provided with the direction on how to get in. The apartment was clean and tidy and has 2 balconies and two bathrooms washing machine, dishwasher. Location was excellent , just a minute walk from L3 line and the bus line. We used this metro station to go to all the places . Pharmcies and shops are around the corner. We did not need to contact the apartment again as every thing was good apart from hot water which we needed to wait for it to heat. Internet wifi was excellent and fast. We felt very safe in this apartment and if I go back to Barcelona I will stay here again The place was tiled with the original tiling still in place. The place had a fresh smell and no dust which I loved as both my kids have allergies to dusty places. We walked to restaurants and the arena shopping centre. Staying in this place made our holiday an enjoyable one. Loved it .
I recently stayed in the Aspasios Charming Flats with two friends for a weekend in Barcelona. We absolutely loved our stay! The check in process was smooth and efficient, and the apartment itself was so stylish! There was more than enough room for 3 of us! Location is great - about 15 minutes walk from the Fountain and about 20 minutes to the Barcelona Cathedral!
Very comfortable for our party of four, in a good location surrounded by shops, bars and cafes and in walking distance to the Plaze Espana and the shopping centre and the stops for the Aerobus to the airport. The lift was a welcome alternative to the narrow stairs, but the building had lovely features and the apartment very nicely appointed. Happy to stay again. Would have given five stars, but the check-in time after 2pm had us waiting with our bags for a few hours and our message request for somewhere to leave them remained unaswered.
Great flat, very well equipped, renovated with good mix of old and new. Loved the beautiful old tiles but also the modern showers! Communication online with staff has been great. Anna was also great, she arrived quickly to meet us at the flat and answered all of our questions . The owner even called in to say hello and see if there was anything we needed. The flat has two comfortable bedrooms and two shower rooms, ideal for us (family of four). There are two balconies, the rear one off the main bedroom and was great for morning coffee and croissants. The location is brilliant, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby and just across the road to the Metro to access the rest of the city. We had a great time here! Thank you :)
