Location was very convenient. The price is fair and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed in a superior double room and it was very nice, with coffee and tea, and iron. The AC is ok. I ordered room service. I understand that this is organised by an external company but the hotel should still care if a customer has an issue with the food. I had a very bad reaction to possibly poke tuna not refrigerated properly. I am not allergic to anything and eat poke bowls often. I showed the receptionist photos of the large rashes all over my arms. I also had rash over the chest and back. I was ok after one-two hours because I stopped eating. But when I told the receptionists she just told me to tell the external company. The hotel should care because the external company is providing food to their guests. Otherwise, the rest of my stay was comfortable. I would stay again but not order room service.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The location is right off the main Diagonal street and has access to El Cortes department store/supermarket. Convenient to travel in the area

They have the best continental breakfast I have ever experienced of any hotel. The air conditioning in the hotel rooms does not appear to work, but there is good circulation of air from outside when you open the window in the hotel room.

I liked staying in this hotel. It's nice and quiet, the rooms are spacious, big closets, nice amenities, thick blackout curtains. Solid breakfast, also. I liked the juices and the pastries especially. There's a big mall nearby, and for the rest you can get an ebike, taxi, bus or use the underground.
