Stunning hotel with a perfect 10/10 for its beautiful interior design and outstanding facilities. From the moment we checked in to our dining experience at the restaurant, every member of the team made our stay truly feel like a five-star experience. A special thank you to the gentleman who checked us in during the afternoon, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely made us feel at home. We also loved our honeymoon amenities!!! The following morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, and Joan’s warm hospitality was exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and made our morning even more enjoyable. It’s a pity we couldn’t stay longer on this trip, but we would absolutely return in the future and highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
This was one of the cleanest and most beautiful rooms I’ve ever stayed in and I am a clean freak. My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and I could not be happier with our stay. Excellent breakfast each morning and the pool on the roof was beautiful. Kind staff and great location - we will definitely be back!
I’m not sure why anyone would have negative things to say about this hotel. Our experience was top notch from (even before) checkin to checkout. Upon (seated) checkin, we were offered water or tea, moist towels, and could select which of their four scents we wanted our room refreshed with each day. Even prior to checkin, they sent a short survey to make sure all of our requests were considered. The room itself wasn’t huge, but very well appointed, with a lovely balcony overlooking the city and storage under the bed area where we could keep our suitcases after unpacking. The design of the room was very classy and functional. Giant towels are always appreciated, and chocolates at turndown were a nice touch. The pool on the roof isn’t deep, but decent sized, with a small bar inside, and towels already laid out on the chaise lounges. A great boutique hotel, and I would gladly return.
Although I’m not someone who usually writes reviews, I felt genuinely compelled to share my experience with this hotel in Barcelona. Its location is exceptionally convenient, right in the heart of a vibrant and dynamic city, yet the moment you step inside, you’re embraced by a sense of calm, comfort, and coziness that is truly remarkable. For me, every detail matters when I’m away from home—and here, not a single detail was overlooked. The welcome was fantastic, and from that moment until the very end, the staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism. I was especially impressed by a receptionist named Sonya, who gave us incredibly helpful and thoughtful recommendations for nearby places to visit—though I’m confident anyone on the team would have been just as supportive. The hotel also offers a unique and very well-designed option to rent a small scooter, which adds a special touch to the overall experience. Everything was impeccably clean, inviting, and beautifully maintained, and the restaurant was simply outstanding. The atmosphere, the interior, and every aspect of the stay exceeded expectations. We were also celebrating a shared birthday with my wife, and the hotel prepared a wonderful surprise for us—one I won’t spoil for future guests! Despite the vast choice of hotels in Barcelona, I would gladly return here without hesitation. I truly believe we would be welcomed like family again, and for that, I’m deeply grateful. I have nothing but positive things to say—this place is exceptional in every way.
