All the staff were extremely accomodating and kind and helpful with our complicated stay. They made things work and were friendly all the time. Especially Alejandro, Sergio and Valeria! My wife and I are going to be coming in/out of there a lot and are looking forward to it. We're Bonvoy Gold Elite (with 86 stays) and this has been the best staff we've encountered. Thanks!!!! (Nice! AC Hotel Sant Cugat, Barcelona has tasteful and modern interiors that give the hotel a premium feel. However, I did notice some damage and large scuff marks on the table in my room, which took away from the overall look. The room itself was clean, and apart from that, I had no major issues during my stay. The hotel does offer room service, but the menu is very limited. There are only a few sandwich options, one vegetarian pizza, one non vegetarian pizza, and a sirloin beef steak. Since there are no convenience stores or supermarkets within walking distance, your food choices become quite limited. If you're staying here for a few days, food delivery apps like Uber Eats will probably be your best option. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but the dining options could definitely be improved.
30-40 mins from Barcelona center by car or public transit. The place was very clean; tons of parking. There’s an EV charger outside which is free so far, and subsidized by the government. The rooms are clean as always. As a Platinum Elite member, this is one of the places where you don’t get a lot of value from. They gave me a bottle of choco-coated coffee bean. I was hoping that they could’ve made the drink bar items (like extra bottled water, KitKat bar) as a perk, like other AC hotels in Barcelona and Valencia.
Good hotel for business travellers. Breakfast is outstanding, they serve a killer homemade chicken pizza in the evening. Rooms are clean and good beds. Metro stop nearby, within 30 minutes in the city centre of Barcelona. This hotel is more suitable for business guests, compared to families/vacation guests.
Very nice hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. The restaurant is fine for having a diner. The breakfast is good and you have variety. It has a swimming pool (unfortunately I went there in autumn). The only issue is the location. There is nothing around in the evenings. But the train station is less than 20 mins walking and you have a direct train to Barcelona.
