Wonderful Pearl Bangkok dinner cruise is a must add to your vacation experience! We truly enjoyed everything from the food, entertainment and service!

Ok...the food was just meh...but the entertainment was phenomenal. All the bands were fantastic. The drinks were good, but the views at sunset into night were spectacular. I would do this again just for the entertainment alone. There was a female woman who sang, Through the Fire, by Chaka Khan. I sat with my mouth open for at least half of the song. I couldn't believe how amazing she was! Food was ok...nothing memorable. So it must not have been bad.

Cruise & food was fantastic. I would recommended. They had a live band which was very entertaining, played a variation of different cultural songs, and did a provided us with a traditional Thai cultural dance.

Really positive experience on the whole, however we did struggle to find where to redeem our tickets at the very beginning. Food was good, cocktails seemed quite watery but were very nice.

Via our hotel, we booked an evening cruise and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. We had read reviews and there were some negative ones, but we were impressed with the trip, including the food offered and quality. The boat was quiet/low numbers, but no problems, we felt this added to the occasion. Shown to our table, and then drinks ordered. Then buffet open, and the selection was good, salads, traditional Thai, and other international cuisine offered. We dined inside, but you could walk around the boat freely, top deck etc The cruise along the river was good, and at night looked fabulous, loads of photos opportunities. A 2 hour cruise was very good and we would recommend…

Do not take this dinner cruise if you want to spend quality time with family or friends. While the ship is nice and the food and service are good, there is a nonstop musical performance. You have to communicate over an ever increasing volume of music that after 2-1/2 hours just wears you down. And there’s no place to escape. It was not fun.

Nice experience,good food. Would have preferred to be seated outside but two corporate parties had taken outside seating. Perhaps avoid Friday evening booking

Quite a show from start to finish with amazing food as a bonus to the experience. The staff was also amazing.

For the price the experience is good. Great variety of food. There are many Dinners river cruises at various costs. I would rate this one of the best for the price.

The actual experience of sailing down the river at night and seeing Bangkok lit up was great - all the main sights were resplendent in lights and there was plenty to see. Had a lovely table outside at the front of the boat. The boat itself was lovely and enjoyed the spectacle of it arriving to James Bond music. Very dramatic. However, the food was a let down. A very average buffet with questionable quality. I ended up having chicken nuggets and chips! Also drinks are horribly overpriced. Wished we had just done a night time tourist boat and saved a lot of money.

Music too loud rob talk . Food cold and average . Don’t waste your money .. better off just paying for the hop on hop off ferry and get a nice meal somewhere else

We went on the cruise as part of a work event, with guests from across Asia. It was brilliant! Great food and great entertainment.

Highly recommend to go on this cruise. Food and entertainment on board were of high standard. Even though it rained a little… the experience of cruising down the canal was breathtaking.

This was a great night. It was the first night of our holiday and a great way to start it off. The boat arrival was brilliant, music playing and the whole crew on deck, saluting as they welcomed everyone on board. The food was excellent, the entertainment first class, the band had the boat rocking. The sights at night are amazing, all lit up giving a different look to everything. Loved it.

You don't see everything depending on the tide. We missed seeing the GRAND PALACE because of the water levels but not for the want of trying the driver nearly got stuck under one of the bridges. What we did see was great,

A lovely cruise and wonderful food. Staff were attentive and the boat was very clean. You hardly feel you’re moving it’s very luxurious. Entertainment was great and live. Looking at the others on the same day we defo had the best boat on the water.

The dinner cruise was an unforgettable experience! The food was both plentiful and absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Cruising along the water gave us a unique and stunning perspective of the city, especially as it lit up at night. The onboard entertainment was a real treat — the dancers were fantastic and added so much energy and culture to the evening. It was the perfect blend of great food, scenic views, and lively performance. Highly recommended!

The dinner cruise was a joyful night to remember. We were introduced to a buffet diner that was delightfully good. The food taste great with a plethora of items to choose from. Nightly entertainment danced songs of old which included request from the audience. It was a grand experience that I will never forget.

The view was amazing and the music was good. However the food and drinks were not good for the price paid.

The food was just so so, the drinks were better than the food. The ambiance was too notch! If I had the opportunity to do it again. I would pass.

Admittedly i didnt book via Trip Advisor, ended up paying slightly more for the same experience but not the end of the world. Hotel pick up, tradfic through the city was a bit mental but pleasant in a ac minibus. We arrived at River City with plenty time to spare and we could have a walk around the centres multiple floors just for a look. On board, ive read a few previous reviews and i think it depends on where you book/sit. We opted for open deck outdoors which give the best views and a cool breeze in the hot temperatures. Inside, yes they have live music, so if your table itls closer, its gonna be louder. There is also music coming from the top of the boat somewhere but i didnt explore. The food is nice, if you have an open mind and pallet. Remember youre in a foreign country that needs to cater for everyones taste. As long as youre not one of those "plate full of chips and tomato sauce" type of all inclusove holiday makers, you should find something here to like. There are seafood dishes, meat dishes, local thai tasty dishes aswell as salad and desserts. Dont be that guy, just try it, you might it. All in all a very pleasant cruise, chilled, and worth the money in my opinion, and thats all it is. You make of it what you will.

Worth it even if you are solo traveller. Food is good and view is nice. Some bridges the dinner cruise goes under you can almost touch the ceiling under the bridge.

Well what can I say emm. The staff were nice&friendly the food was OK given the reasonable price I pain £47 but it wasn't as say put it , luxury my idea & there idea of luxury differ greatly lol.the entertainment was loud but bearable but when u add on all the other boats ( lots of them) all competing to play there music louder than the other boats it was unbearable, add in the development fumes from the mony other boats made the river air toxic as for the mutual sights they said u would see , if u couny a climb of a thi temperature roof top a cut rally sight then go for it u the pass under bland concreat road bridges very bland. But if ur just into tacky loud and common boat trip the trip onthis boat is for u. As for me and others it was not a good experience & was desperat to get of. But all of the dinner river cruse will be the same as ther is zero diferance between any of them so it u want to do it go for the very cheapest 1u can find not the 5star 1i chosen it was far from 5star more a 2/3star trip advisor we'll what can I say could do better as I was told at school lol

Lovely cruiser, great way to see Bangkok at night all lit up. Nice selection of food, nice helpful staff. Good entertainment. It was a fun night, loved it & would recommend.

A fantastic boat with very attentive staff, the food and entertainment were great, the views at night with the lightning were stunning. A wonderful way to spend a few hours on the water.

A fabulous trip, highly recommended. We booked this for our last night. We were staying nearby, so we’re able to walk there. We were seated inside, which was a lot quieter and less rowdy than outside tables, although the view wasn’t as good. We were able to go outside to view and take photos, but I felt I was encroaching on other peoples space, so swings and roundabouts as where is best to sit, but as we didn’t have a choice, make sure you put in a request for your choice. The food was plentiful and excellent quality with plenty of choice. Drinks are additional cost, but not expensive. Waitress service was good and friendly. Entertainment was also good, and lots of dancing on deck during the second half of the cruise.

I’ve done this same river cruise before this same company and will continue to do it with them. The quality and quantity of the food is amazing, the live entertainment was great. A good way to see Bangkok and enjoy an evening in this beautiful city.

Such a lovely experience! Prompt, picked us up and dropped us off in style with music playing the whole time. The food was good! So many options, a Thai buffet, sushi, seafood, a pasta bar (made by chefs in front of you!) and a fruit and dessert bar. Drinks were so affordable and delicious cocktails, along with a selection of so many options. Staff was so attentive and lovely, they take pictures for you, a very memorable experience :)

Nice boat. Slower than others but nice cruise and they keep perfect timing: 7:30 to 9:30. Food was good:4/5.

The cruise itself was very nice with a lot of spectacular views from the river. The dinner was in the form of buffet with wide variety of options. Nice live music was also played. However, I was lacking information that Viator vouchers is not sufficient to board the ship until I was stopped at the boarding and sent back to the adjacent shopping mall to exchange them for the paper tickets of the cruise operator. Tables are pre-assigned so it does not make sense to be there earlier to secure a better table. We got a table at the loudspeakers, which made us deaf after 5 minutes. Luckily we got another one as the tour was not full. One has to remember that the tour ends after the adjacent shopping mall closes so that the area is becoming quite remote and finding a taxi or tuk-tuk might be challenging.

The experience was very nice. The service was excellent. The entertainment was OK! The views were superb. Would recommend for all to see the night views.

We liked the food, the cruise and the singers. Booking in was not as per instructions which we had followed to the letter i.e. be early and proceed to Pier 3, gate 2. We were one of the first people there and stood and waited overlooking the water for almost 1.5 hours. On boarding the boat we were turned away and sent back inside River city building to a desk to collect our passes. Your instructions need to be clearer that the desk is inside the building across from the gate entrance and customers must go there first even if they have an online booking confirmation and voucher. You need to have a member of staff asking people outside if they have been to the desk. Once aboard we found that we had been allocated a table on the top deck so that was perfect. The food was plentiful and hot and the evening was super.

The cruise ship arriving to the pier was a thrilling experience to witness! However, the food options were limited as I have several allergies (informed cruise prior). Also, we had a roach visit our table.

The open air deck was perfect. We loved seeing the sites. The buffet was well maintained and servers were very attentive. The live music was outstanding. It was our second dinner cruise but our favorite

We had a very good time on the cruise but our one complaint would be that although we ate quite soon after getting on the boat - we found the food could have been hotter as it was only luke warm but we still enjoyed our time

Lovely cruise to see so many sites lit up at night. Excellent! Delicious food. Friendly staff and amusing surprising characters on board.

A very nice evening. Food was good and plenty of it. Tables were not squashed together we had plenty of room to get up for our food. Staff were friendly and efficient with drink orders and clearing dirty plates. Only downside for me was the loud music meaning we couldn't easily talk to each other.
