Absolutely fantastic experience, the Temple tour , despite the kings barge precession meant we did them in a different order to normal, Poula was amazing. She was very informative and was an excellent guide.

Paula was a really great guide — so friendly and with so many great stories to share. We learned about Thai history and had the beautiful temples explained to us. The tour company can do better for communicating changes and information with the customers, but Paula and her colleagues adapted wonderfully.

Amazing experience visiting the Royal Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew! Our guide Paula was so amazing - she was very descriptive and fun throughout the tour and made it extra special for us. It was a beautiful tour and was a great day activity in Bangkok.

Our tour of the Temples and Grand Palace exceeded our expectations. Our flight was delayed and we were sure we would just be left behind but Paula, our guide messaged us through the app and assured us that a driver would still be waiting for us when we finally showed up. She was a wealth of knowledge about all the amazing sights on our tour and she made sure that we participated in every “lucky” tradition or superstition associated with each Wat or Pagoda we visited. We only had one afternoon in Bangkok and touring the the palace, Wats and Pagodas was the perfect way to spend our limited time. Just a great afternoon.

The guide Please Ampha Thanyawan (or "Mild" for the english speakers) made the experience very nice! It was sunny, extremely warm near the 40°C, and even though she could walk us in the Temples and the Grand Palace (ca. 4 hours for the whole tour). Additionally she was taking photos of couples and/or families and send each ones photos privatelly after the tour (this was a plus for me). The places are very beautiful and clean (inclusive toillets). Tickets and boat transport are normally included in the booking (depending where you booked the tour). I would really recommend it!

I had a very good experience. I saw three temples. Paula was very good at explaining the history and what different temples stood for. I loved her song of the name of Bangkok. Overall great experience that I would recommend. Just very hot so suggest staying hydrated. Paula gave us water and helped us stop for a smoothie in between temples to stay hydrated.

Oil was the BEST tour guide!! She was very friendly and accommodating and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Although we are tourists, Oil made us feel like locals during the tour. The temples are so beautiful, and the stories behind them are even better.

Ken was a fantastic guide who expertly guided us through and around Bangkok. His knowledge was extensive and did an amazing job answering our questions and sharing his local expertise. It was the perfect of education and adventure!

We had a good experience with our tour guide Ken, who was very knowledgeable, polite and patient. There are entry fees for the temples which can add up but we did not consider them overly steep. The visit was on the longer side for us though, and considering we started at 11:30, we were very hungry by the end. It was also burning hot when we did the tour. In hindsight, we would probably book an earlier or a later tour (which is not the fault of the guide or company).

We had a fantastic day. Ken was the perfect guide, knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough for you. The reclining Buddha was a highlight. Would highly recommend this trip and if you get Ken as your guide, you will have an amazing experience.

O was an excellent guide and she made sure we had enough time to get pictures. I recommend getting the tour which includes your entrance fees for the Grand and others temples. Pants are needed for the Grand. Our very patient guide helped me buy a pair for 100-150. I joined the 11:30 AM tour but probably should have gone earlier as it got hotter during the day. Remember to bring a cooling fan and wear a moisture wicking shirt.

Communication with booking company and actually finding the tour was complicated. I had to come back a second day because they never gave me the meet up information. Then they wanted to charge a rebooking fee. Guide Ken was great, very personable, attentive and knowledgeable.
