if high tide they can't do full cruise as they can't get under the bridge, others can,so miss the palace at night,food was good

Its been an excellent experience for both of us. Food was great staff are friendly and very active ensuring services provided. Entertainment is all good especially the singers and cultural dancers. I highly recommended.

I got offered a great deal and it was well worth the experience. The meetup point was clear and the time was punctuated. Great food options and romantic scenery

The live music created a pleasant mood and the city lights looked lovely from the deck. Service was smooth throughout the cruise. I only wished there was a little more time before returning to the pier.

My wife and I had a very nice time on our dinner cruise, which my wife booked for my 70th birthday. This boat is smaller than some of the oyher major cruise boats, but we chose it because we knew it had a sliding roof on the top deck in case of rain, which is normal in Bangkok during May. We were given our own table, which was also nice. The staff were all very gracious, the buffet dinner was delicous andcthe entertainment was pleasant.

We chose this trip at the last moment and there was only this cruise at the time we wanted, not too late 19.30 the price was low compared to some others so we did not expect much especially food choice etc. What a pleasant surprise it was terrific. What a place the City River area is, and the cruise had comfy chairs there was a fantastic food buffet selection too. Highly recommended.

The inprocess was easy. They seated two couples together. Buffet was great presentation and very good. Good entertainment. The evening sights of the palace and temples stunning.

Not for us as music so trashy and not authentic Thailand. More Karaoke style with a Christmas song thrown in. Food only just edible.

Average food & entertainment but actually good value for money. We were originally booked for 25 Feb but on 23 Feb we received a message to say the cruise had been fully chartered meaning we had to either switch dates or cancel. Luckily we could switch dates.

Fabulous night on cruise - breathtaking views of Bangkok at night. Food excellent- performers very good. A must do in Bangkok

Amazing experience, was seated on the top deck. The meal was great, and seeing Bangkok by night on the river was incredible. Give yourself time to find the dock before, it is busy there are a lot of boats leaving from there. Awesome time, recommend to solo or couples, even groups. Going again next time I'm in Bangkok!

Great river dinner cruise. Fantastic choice of buffet food to suit everyone. Live entertainment was excellent. Amazing views sailing up & down the river. Attentive staff to assist as needed. A lovely way to spend a few hours in the evening.

There are many cruises available on this river. All with different price levels. Of course, if you want top shelf, then you will have to pay top shelf price. For the price and the cruise experience, I would say you are getting very good value for your money. It is buffet style dining. With a combo of Thai and some more traditional dishes. There is entertainment, Karaoke singers, Traditional Thai Dancers. This boat had two levels. I was sitting on the top level. You can walk to the front of the boat for good views along the river. At night the temples and Grand Palace is lit up very well. It would definitely be good to go not on a night when it is going to rain or go during the raining season. The breeze was welcoming and overall it was a good experience. I did not get upset stomach from the food. Which is of course what you want. The boat does not really rock, only if there is a heavy wake and it is sitting still. While moving it was pretty smooth.

Professionally organised and very well conducted The dinner spread was grand, so was the music A must attend!

Date was changed from 17/1:26 to 18/1/26, with an option to cancel. No issues. Had a great time. All the staff were polite. Amazing choice of food options. Had great seats. Loved the live entertainment and saw some great nighttime sights. Would do this again.

Treated like second class citizens. 10 normal bookings in total put inside downstairs with very loud music and average food. Outside on deck a ‘private party’ - no signs to say that. We were dismissed when we went up the steps to the upper deck for an outside chair. Joke - we should be refunded

So bad- do the Wonderful Pearl instead. The food was bad, drinks were bad, the entire experience is so much worse than the Wonderful Pearl.

A wonderful evening of Thai cuisine and musical delights, it is highly recommended. The food was exquisite and the journey was most beautiful. To top everything off the music was highly entertaining and very enjoyable. A great night had by us both and we’d gladly do it again. We can’t great recommend the service highly enough as a great way to spend the evening.

River cruise was great. Food was excellent. The hosts had such good attitudes and made it into a great tour. I wish I had more money to tip them, and gotten their names to let them know.

Had a lot of fun taking this tour on my last night in Bangkok. The buffet was delicious & the performances were very entertaining. I'd recommend taking the night tour so you can see the city light up along the route, and potential fireworks!

Great value for a very enjoyable river cruise. Carrie was a charming host who engaged the audience. Food was good and plenty of it so no need to rush to buffet. River views were memorable. Only downside was the Bangkok rush hour traffic so take the metro and then get a tuk tuk.

Bangkok and its temples lit up at night are fun to see from the river. There was a live singer belting out old favorites for the 60-somethings crowd. The buffet food was definitely only standard cafeteria fare. The seafood was over cooked and rubbery. The muscles inedible, the crab stiff. The deserts were dried out. The extra drinks at about $7 US each were tiny (I was really stunned). But we knew what we were getting ourselves into; something of a tourist must do. OK, but nowhere near superb. Price/benefit ration not particularly satisfactory. Would I recommend it to a friend. Yes if their expectation were like ours. No if they are expecting a superb experience.

We had a great experience! Thank you so much for considering the birthday cake — it was a lovely detail. The food was excellent, the Thai show was perfect, and we really enjoyed the live music. Everything was well organized and made our evening very special.

It was so fun and perfect, we were with people from various parts of the world and we did voluntary karaoke, and were entertained with live music and traditional dances. The only thing I would recommend is more western cuisine as it was predominantly Thai or Asian.

Great. Evening! Good cabaret! The singer was excellent. Unfortunately because of high tides and heavy rain we couldn’t see the Royal Palace.

We had a lovely peaceful cruise on a Tuesday night. The boat was not too crowded and the food was good. The trasitional entertainment was good, but I was sad to see them begging for tips for a photo. The singer was amazing. She could do any song!

Fabulous scenery and the food was delicious! Prawns, salmon, sushi, steak, curry, dessert, fruit! You name it it was probably there! We also had fabulous live singers, and Thai dancers. Definitely worth the time to do!!

This was a lovely evening cruise along the river! The staff looked after you and attended to your every need. The cultural dancing was superb and the sights along the river were awesome to see. Food was average and there was not enough of a selection especially when it came to desert. I recommend the sushi it was delicious.

Absolute thieves!!! The tour was cancelled and then the agency sent a message saying ignore the past message. Stood waiting for more than 1 hour and the boat never came. It’s been almost a week and my money has not been refunded and they do not reply to messages!!

Wonderful fun. We are vegetarian and they went out of their way and made us special vegetarian dishes for us. We noted our vegetarian preference upon booking. Tasted great. Cheerful friendly staff. Vibe was great- both romantic and fun. The DJ had everyone dancing at the end . Great views and smooth sailing.

It was an amazing trip, we were two wonen in our 60s. We enjoyed the food, only had one beer, it was nice to be ablle to sit alone at our iwn table. The food was great and plenty of it. The staff was delightful and polite, the music was excellent, good song choices.

Wow! A great cruise with an amazing MC/singer/tour guide - would absolutely recommend. Food was decent buffet food, nothing spectacular but great for the price.
