The meeting description was very poor. We never found the driver and had to make other arrangements at airport which was even cheaper

Great service and it was nice to have something arranged after a long journey. The process at BKK is a bit confusing, but just look for yiur name on a placard and they call the driver. Be patient! It is a very busy airport.

Communication was good easy to find at the airport. The driver was awesome but the greeting staff at the airport were not as friendly.

Scheduled a private car to pick us up at airport and take us to hotel. Had to wait 15 minutes after someone acknowledged we were there and waiting for driver. The driver could not fit our carry on luggage into his car. Had to place that in his front seat. Car was dirty with empty water bottles thrown on the floor in the back of his car.

All the team was totally cooperative, I had a lot of luggage as was migrating to Thailand, the Driver of the Van was an angel to help on “making” the LEGO to fit on. Two days later was necessary again to use the service and one more time they had “enchanted the client”. Thanks and keep the excellent work.

Pick up was smooth and seamless. Driver was on time and had a name sign waiting as stated. He dropped us off with no issues.

Did not ask me number of suitcase. A small sized SUV showed up. We had traveled across 4 different countries so we had 7 pieces of luggage. Her trunk could not fit everything so we had to carry a few pieces in our laps in her cramped SUV. She was very distracted on the phone. Her driving was not safe.

My driver was wonderful. He made me feel very comfortable and safe. Very friendly and enjoyed the conversations we had while stuck in traffic :). Being that this was my first visit, I did not know what to expect and this helped so much. The airport is a very busy place and not having to worry about how to get to my hotel was very nice. When I had questions prior to meeting driver they answered so quickly as well.

We don’t travel light. We booked a vehicle for two people. Upon arrival, we were informed we had too many pieces of luggage, therefore we had to rebook another car. We only had to wait 10 minutes. We were informed every step of the way sis what’s app. I would recommend booking with this company. Thank you!

After utilizing this service for a Pattaya to BKK transfer, I decided to use them again for the hotel transfer from Bangkok Airport. This company constantly communicates with you to provide meeting points and other pertinent information. You never feel unsure of where to go. The company rep was right where I expected to find her and she called the driver up. We were on our way within 10 minutes. Vehicle was nice with plenty of room for bags and the 5 of us. Smooth ride to the Sheraton Grand. Will be utilizing the same service for our return to BKK.
