Private Transfer Bangkok - Koh Kood Island

The Taxi didn‘t came .The Booking was cancelled 40 Minuten After pick up Time. So Never Book via Taxi Koh Chang Asia. Now 2 weeks later I haven‘t received the refund.

The transfer itself wasn't bad, but the reason for the low score is due to the impossibility to communicate with the Company. After filling an online form and getting an automated email message, I tried to contact the Company close to the transfer date to get a human confirmation. I tried to call them on the phone 100 hundred times (not kidding!), not only they never picked up, but they actually hanged up every single time. Same story on WhatsApp, multiple messages and never a reply. On the day of the transfer I was really nervous, as in case of no-show I wouldn't have any way to contact the Transfer Company and I would risk to lose the ferry. At the time of the pick up nobody was waiting for me at the lobby, only when I went to the Concierge to ask for help arranging an alternative way of transport, they said my driver actually arrived and was waiting in the garage. On top all this, the driver didn't speak a single word of English, we had to use google translator also to request a bathroom stop along the way.

Super efficient service - easy pick-up at Bangkok airport and dropped off without fuss at our destination on Koh Chang. Appreciated the safe driving and regular comfort breaks.

Good , clean car with a driver who knew the route and best rest stops . Driver got us to our ferry point in good time , took us through the ticket collection before leaving .

Taxi Ko Chang were excellent from booking online to transporting us to Laem Sok Pier. The van that collected us from our accommodation was much more luxurious than expected and the driver was happy to stop for breaks when requested. Our family group of 5 were very happy with the experience. Thank you TKC!

We booked a van with Taxi Ko Chang to take us (family of 5) from Bangkok to Laem Sok Pier, a journey of 5 hours. The van arrived 10 min early at our Bangkok address and got us to the pier in plenty of time for our 2.20 pm ferry to Ko Kood. The van was luxurious and the driver very competent who stopped for breaks when we asked. The price and service is excellent and we definitely recommend Taxi Ko Chang to anyone wanting transfers to and from Bangkok. Also, it was very easy to organise the booking via internet.

My ticket for the ferry was not booked i had to pay it a second time The driver did not speak a word of english and french

I can not rate this company highly enough. Booked on line, received confirmation emails. Was at our hotel in Bangkok 30 minutes early. Very polite and efficient. Journey took around 5 hours and was really comfortabley.I would suggest you pre book your ferry tickets based on 5 + hours from Central BKK. Price was more than half the cost of a flight, and it was door to door - perfect.

Very good communication by Tim. He answered all our question before we arrive in Bangkok and replied promptly to our last minute changes. Our first van from Bkk to island was so so and we told this to Tim. He changed the van to vip from island to Bangkok. Everything was decently organized!!! We will def use their services again.

Absolutely useless because the driver did not show up, after a lot of hassle and phone calls, it was booked a new trip, it was wrong (booked to Bangkok) we were going to koh kood. 5 hours later we got going

Very efficient service, they were punctual and professional, only problem in my opinion poor communication. I used a private transfer for my family between Bangkok and ko kood and ko Chang - Bangkok. Recommended
