Our driver was amazing we had the same driver for our drop off and our pick up. He was very friendly, a safe driver, and super understanding! We asked if he didn’t mind waiting for us to eat and we were even able to push our pick up time back so that we could maximize our time on our last day without waiting at the airport for hours. Super grateful to our driver he made our trip amazing from start to finish! He was super responsive through WhatsApp and his communication was fantastic. He also came to pick us up early to ensure we made it to our flight on time. Our flight into Thailand was delayed by a day and our driver was still willing to get us, I assumed our booking would be cancelled or something. They were understanding that the delay was not our fault. My first time traveling internationally and to Thailand, I would recommend this service 100%!!

Poor communication: It wasn’t clear that the driver or the company would communicate via What’s app., although I checked the app several times, I didn’t see any message from them until after we sought help. We waited almost an hr.outside of baggage claim before we went looking for help from another company’s representative, who contacted Siam Erawan Travel for us. If the The Conant hotel representative hadn’t helped us locate Siam Erawan Travel, we would still be waiting! The driver was very polite and got us to the hotel safely.

It would be better if you could advise your clients that the meeting point is at the same level as the arrivals level. We went up and down to get to the same level. For visitors to a n airport, they wouldn’t know.

Good service from the airport to hotel. Driver was professional and vehicle was clean. Issues had when trying to book a return ride from the hotel to the airport. After being dropped off on my airport to hotel ride I received a WhatsApp message saying if I need a return ride I can book there. I reached out a few days later and asked if I could get a return ride and gave details of where to be picked up and when. They responded by saying "you need booking". Which is interesting because I had no idea if that was a statement or a question. I explained I had received a message to book through them on WhatsApp and asked what the proper procedure was to book a return trip to the airport. All they said in response is "it's up to you to get involved" I booked my return trip through my hotel.

I liked being able to stay in touch with them when my flights were changed. It was very reassuring to know that I was going to be delayed. I didn't have to wait very long for my driver to arrive. Everyone involved was super nice and attentive even though it was a very busy time .

Had issue with reservation. Contacted via WhatsApp as instructed. Company went above and beyond to honor transport, despite misunderstanding. Then, my cell phone was left in the car. Contacted company over the phone this time. Office contacted chauffeur & he returned cell phone with a smile and a ‘wai’ 🙏 All this in the middle of the night. Booked a shuttle from Suvarnabhumi Airport to hotel in Bangkok city. Was told to head to Gate 3 at arrival hall level 2. Amidst the sea of people, the person holding the name signage was quite quickly located. We were asked to wait about 10 minutes while she contacted another person, who then led us up another 2 levels to the driveway. There, we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the car to arrive. The driver helped to load and unload the bags. The ride was smooth until we were near the city. Huge traffic congestions everywhere due to the festive season. However he skilfully manoeuvred his way through the complexity of traffic that only a local driver could accomplish. Overall, the ride was fine. The driver, though, was not communicative.

We were very disappointed with their service. Our flight was in late however other customers from other flight experienced similar service. We had to wait over 30 minutes with the operator, and it was only when I went and questioned her that a car was forthcoming. The the driver was very reluctant to help put the bags into the car or take them out at the hotel. He also had to stop on the highway to go to the toilet. Not a very professional organisation. I did reach out to them and they really couldn't care. Suggest you look at Bangkok Shuttle as we used them on the way back to the hotel and they were great.

BKK airport is a little chaotic and I found it difficult to find the driver at the meeting point as there were so many drivers (not the fault of the company though-they ended up calling me to assist). Once I found them, the service was great. Nice air-conditioned car, friendly driver. Dropped me right outside the hotel. Would use again.

I contacted this company via their website to arrange an airport pick up from Bangkok to our hotel. All communication was done via email including price & were told where to wait for our driver. When we arrived I couldn’t see my name on display in the area I was told to wait. I sent a quick email to the company, they responded instantly & and a lady was stood right next to me with my name! We were swiftly taken to the car which was very comfortable. I was impressed with the service & so booked with them for a return journey back to the airport 2 days later. They sent me a picture of the car ahead of being collected so we knew what to look for. Great service!

During my recent visit to Bangkok with my wife, we hired the services of Mr. V (he uses this name for all his clients), a taxi driver, for a day of sightseeing. His charges were very reasonable - 2,500 bahts nett for 12 hours. If you are going to the surrounding areas just outside of Bangkok, there is an additional 500 bahts. He drove us to Damnoen Saduak, a town which is about 1 hr 30 mins drive from Bangkok. There, we visited the floating market, Tiger World, Elephant Village, Maeklong Railway Market and in the evening, we went to Asiatique for dinner and to watch the show at Calypso. Along the way, we drank coconut juice from a road side stall. It was so much cheaper than in Bangkok. This mode of sightseeing is extremely comfortable, convenient and hassle-free as you decide what time you would like to start the day, move around at your own pace and the transport is always there waiting for you. For the venues that we visited, you don’t need a tourist guide. If you are thinking of doing something similar, I strongly recommend the services of Mr. V. This worked so well if couldn’t believe it! The airport was a sea of people, but we found our luggage quickly, walked to the arrival gate designated for our pick up, and within 10 minutes we were on our way. Even the traffic was light! It isn’t easy to keep transfers organized at an airport in a city as big as Bangkok, but they did it - they were amazing. The vehicle and driver were superb. I highly recommend this company.
