The service was excellent. Quick replies when my flight was delayed. My driver was super friendly and had some water for me in her car and the ride was very comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Pick up at Bangkok Airport was excellent, very little waiting, I was met and taken to the car all in about 10 minutes. The lady driver was excellent and spoke English. It was a difficult night for driving into Bangkok due to it being an annual festival so traffic was dense. However the driver gradually navigated around all of this and was able to drop me off at my hotel in Si Lom Road. Top marks for an excellent transfer plus wonderful service by Viator staff prior to my transfer under difficult conditions.

After traveling more than 20 hours to Bangkok, we were grateful to have a driver waiting to transfer us to our hotel on the other side of the city. Driver was friendly, car was clean, and we were provided with water.

We were met at the Terminal Exit by the operator holding our sign once we collected our luggage and went through customs. We then waited for the operator to arrange our driver which took around 10-15 mins and then travelled to our Hotel - Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 which took us around 45 mins. The drive was comfortable in our car.

Incredibly easy to reserve online, and had great communication. When my baggage was slow to unload due to the weather issues, they responded quickly and assured me my ride would still be waiting for me. Nice comfortable vehicle and smooth ride to my hotel, which the driver already had programmed into his nav app.

This was one of the worst pickups ever. Firstly, the car did not fit 4 large suitcases. The driver was very nice but, sadly the car was not suitable at all. My mother and sister sat in the backseat with a large suitcase on their lap. It was terrible. 45 minutes like this is just not done.

Booked thru Viator With the traffic in Bangkok, it is well worth the $$ to book private transport from and back to the airport. The instructions to find the check in for our driver at the airport were spot on. We waited about 5 mins from when we checked in until our driver showed up. Then straight to our hotel. Our return to the airport was far earlier than needed (due to time of day), but we do understand the why for different times of day. 100% recommend booking this private transfer.

Not the cleanest vehicle. The car smelled of sweat & did not appear thoroughly cleaned for some time. Driver was respectful though.

We were a little disappointed with this transfer. Our flight was delayed due to bad weather and when we arrived around 20mins later they were no where to be seen. May have accepted another ride. He eventually showed up after other drivers called him.

Just a great experience. We booked them for our pick up and they were easy to find in a maze of people. We were in our car within 10 mins and off to the hotel. The experience was so good we booked a pick up from our Four Seasons hotel to the airport. They were on time and the ride was comfortable and quick. I would highly recommend them.

The instruction on where to meet the representative were spot on, and yes, she had a sign with my name on it. She escorted me to a waiting area while she called the driver. Then she escorted me to meet the driver on the upper level. It was as easy as one, two, three.

Super easy to find in the airport! They were waiting with a sign of my name and the van was ready within 5 minutes of getting there. This is great if you don’t know how to get to your hotel from the airport.

Excellent service to the hotel, though the pickup was a bit chaotic, they are trying to deal with so many people at once. Took 20 minutes to get the car, but was easy to find the pickup point at Gate 3. Driver Tanya was excellent and got me to the hotel in good time considering the traffic. Car was nice and comfortable; with water provided. Would certainly recommend, very good value for money.

The pick-up from our hotel was quick and easy as the driver was waiting for us in the hotel lobby with a name sign. The ride itself was smooth and got us to BKK nice and quick.

We were met by a representative at Suvarnabhumi Airport (Bangkok). After waiting approximately 15 minutes, we were escorted to the vehicle. The driver who met us appeared unprofessional—dressed in slippers and with an overall presentation that raised immediate concerns. The car itself was in poor condition, dirty and visibly worn with multiple scratches and dents. The driver said very little, and we set off. Driving in slippers is unsafe, and throughout the journey there were several incidents involving sudden braking and lack of attention. After about 40 minutes, in heavy traffic, the situation became more serious as the driver appeared to be falling asleep. At that point, we asked him to pull over and drop us off. We arranged alternative transport via Grab and safely reached our hotel. To the company’s credit, they responded quickly when contacted via WhatsApp and issued an immediate refund. The manager also came to our hotel later that evening to apologize and provided a small gesture of goodwill. We are experienced travellers and generally patient and tolerant. However, this experience represents a complete failure on the company’s part. Sending a driver and vehicle in this condition demonstrates a serious lack of quality control and, more importantly, safety standards. I cannot recommend this company to anyone concerned about their safety and wellbeing.

Our transfer from the airport to our hotel in Bangkok went very well! Right after booking the transfer, I received an email with clear instructions on where to meet our driver in the airport. We followed those instructions, saw a sign with our name on it, and the person holding the sign took us to meet our driver who was waiting in the car for us right outside. The car was comfortable, the driver greeted us with a smile and gave us a helpful introduction to Bangkok during our ride to our hotel. There were even snacks and water in the car! Highly recommend.

This was the perfect way to be met and taken to our hotel after landing in Bangkok. The pickup was seamless, person was waiting for us with a sign right outside of baggage claim. They escorted us to the waiting car and driver. They car was very comfortable, driver was courteous and an excellent driver.

The drive to the hotel was amazing & really have to commend Alex for being accommodating as my initial flight was cancelled and he changed the pick up to the next day at no cost. Also, my driver was great - I got to see a lot of different parts of the city on the drive down. If you're going to Bangkok, this is worth it, as you not only get to your hotel with ease, but it also allows you the ability to chill and focus on whatever is planned! I'll definitely be using this option again!!
