Priority Fast Track Entry At Bangkok Airport With Guide

They greeted us right at the end of the jetway! Walked us to immigration, bypassing all the lines, which were huge! Well worth every cent!

This service has been outstanding every time I have used it. I wouldn’t consider arriving in Bangkok without having a Fast Trak representative greet me upon Landing and expedite the immigration process and asiste with reclaiming checked baggage Ann’s assist with taxi or Grab pick up. Representative was amazing and polite. We really didn’t need to service. I thought it was gonna take longer passport control without a fast track, but it would only take 5 to 10 minutes longer for normal lane. It was definitely worth it for arrival, but not departure.

The woman who met me at the end of the jetway was personable and easy to talk with. She guided me to be Immigration/custom line. I should mention that I always take a wheelchair due to leg issues walking in large airports. Based on this experience it would appear I did not gain anything by paying for this fast track as I still had to wait behind four or five other people when showing my passport for Immigration. So while the employee, I believe her name was Pop, was super friendly and did her job, I think I expected more. My big expectation was I thought she would facilitate my going to the front of the line for Immigration. This is no fault of hers or the company. I do believe if you arrive and don’t have wheelchair assistance that knows where to take you, this would be a valuable service. It is a rather large airport. It is a foreign country. We all have options to choose based on our comfort level. I simply thought I would get more out of this fast track experience that I purchased, and I did not.

I would say they will get you through the airport quick. They wait for you at the end of passenger bridge with your name displayed. They make sure you have your documents, and assist you with navigating the atm, and eSIM card booths. They also take you to the place where if you reserve a driver they are located. We were staying in Pattaya. The immigration line was not as long as I thought it would be. But that could be for this time of month in September. But I’ve seen lines were the reported time to get through is a couple hours. So this is either hit or miss.

From getting off the plane to getting into my taxi was 20 mins max. Not one person at the VIP immigration so straight through.

THE BEST decision I have ever made travelling! I had 2 large pieces of hold luggage and wanted to get to my hotel quickly & efficiently. I was met at the aircraft by the staff member, Bank who was a very polite and professional young man. He procured a trolley to take my hand luggage from the plane to the Immigration point. We walked past the regular immigration queue which was quite large to the Fast Track lane. I was first in line and was cleared immediately through immigration (who were very friendly & welcoming). Bank then escorted me to the baggage carousel and loaded my 2 large bags onto the trolley and we walked through Customs. He then took me out to the waiting car where the driver loaded my luggage and took me to my hotel. A fantastic experience, I highly recommend using the I Asia Fast Track experience through Viator.

Well worth the money. Greeted me promptly straight after I arrived from aircraft. Carried my hand luggage and helped me find kiosk to buy eSIM for phone. Quickly arrived at fast track customs for entry then located and collected my luggage. Took me to the correct exit and found my transfer vehicle. Polite, helpful and very friendly and professional. Will Definetly use again when travelling

I booked the Fast Track service for my arrival in Bangkok and received explicit confirmation the day before. The very next day — with no prior warning — I was informed that my booking could not be honored because the time slot was “fully booked.” A confirmed booking should mean something. Canceling it at the last minute, after confirmation, is simply not acceptable, especially for a service people rely on for time-sensitive airport arrivals. I had specifically arranged this because I needed assistance upon arrival, and instead I was left to deal with a problem that was entirely the company’s fault. The refund offer does not make up for the inconvenience and stress caused by this last-minute cancellation. I would not trust this service again and would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on their “confirmed” bookings. Avoid unless you’re prepared for last-minute surprises.

First I have to acknowledge Ploychanok was phenomenal. Everything was perfect. I know it says they will meet you at bridge but Ploychanok was actually there waiting for me with sign with my name on it and I admittedly felt so relieved to see her and put a huge smile on my face welcoming me to Bangkok. Walk to immigration/customs line went quick and then she had already went and got my luggage and off to get my currency then stayed with me outside until my Grab came. Experience is definitely worth price. Ploychanok made the whole process 100% better. She is very professional and was patience. If I could individually book with her again I would. Flight was a little late at 10:00pm and she waited and had communicated with me via WhatsApp.
