The whole experience was wonderful. We really didn’t know what to expect and was very pleased. As soon as e walked up there was someone there to greet us and told us to about the waiting area with welcome drinks and snacks. There was also a very lively dance show which was entertaining. Then it was time to board, it was drizzling a little we didn’t mind but they were repaired with umbrellas. The boat was very elegant, the servers was super friendly and accommodating especially with my husband’s food allergies. The food was delicious and very well presented. Overall, we loved it and totally recommend it.

Great relaxing cruise, staff were brilliant, brought out each course and explained it to us, drinks were constantly being topped up. Booked this for my partners birthday, staff made it extra special and brought out a cake and sang happy birthday. Seen some of the iconic Bangkok sights on the way.

Absolutely stunning experience from start to finish. I was with my two sons (9 and 11) and they loved the beautiful children’s menu. My food was perfect. The service (Veem, Dada and Barry) was exceptional. It was the perfect way to view the city - highly recommend

It was an incredible experience! Ploy Patty, our server tonight, was kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. We enjoyed some delicious dishes. I highly recommend this activity, which lets you discover Bangkok while enjoying a delicious meal.

The food was delicious and the employees were lovely, especially Plouy and Nitty !! I would 100% recommend this cruise to a friend or family member. The food was very good and the meal was really nicely presented. The waitresses and waiters were all lovely and always caring. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for a zen moment after a busy day.

Absolutely fabulous 6 course meal. Small, intimate boat. We’ve taken many dinner cruises in many countries and the food was by far the best on this one. Service was outstanding; attentive and extremely polite. Very small, intimate boat - only 10 tables on this cruise. We passed massive dinner cruises that seat 200+ and are buffet style— no thanks. Seeing Wat Arun lit up at night from the water is worth the price alone; cannot recommend enough.

This was easily one of the highlights of our entire trip! From the moment we arrived, the staff (Totti, Bas, Jam, and Ploy) made us feel so welcome with their warm, attentive service. And the food was outstanding! The wine kept flowing all evening and was excellent quality, making the experience feel even more special. Everything about the night felt thoughtfully curated, and we left with incredible memories that we'll be talking about for a long time! If you're looking for a truly special evening in Bangkok, this is an experience you shouldn't miss. Thank you for such a wonderful night! :)

Paint, Dada, and Play were very nice and courteous. The experience was amazing and the scenery of the river was breathtaking.

The evening was fantastic, from Welcome drink & canapes to the pre-cruise dinner umbrella dance. The meal was delicious, presented on beautifully arranged plates & we were surrounded by a scenic view of the river and super attentive staff. Definitely a must-do for anyone visiting Bangkok who wants the best views & cuisine!

Made reservation for the round 2 cruise which departs at 7pm from Anantara Pier. The follow up email to confirm the booking was within the next day. Prior to the event, two email reminders were received, and the boat name indicated as well. As per the email instructions, guests are to check-in 30 mins prior to departure time at the Manohra Cruise lounge at Anantara Pier. There was a welcome drink (tea) and some light canapes. Boarding to the Loy River Song (a more modern looking boat) was fast and simple, and guests were ushered to their respective table. Captain would announce as we passed by the interesting/historical buildings, temples and bridges. Food was well presented, and I liked the Tom Kha Kai Torn the most, as the warm spicy soup was comforting on a breezy evening. Spanish spinach in this dish was interesting. Didn't enjoy the fish dish as it had a 'rough' texture and unlike the usual smooth buttery texture expected from cod. Staff were courteous and tried their best to ensure guests were comfortable and always offering to help guests take photos at scenic spots such as Wat Arun and Rama VIII Bridge. Since majority of guests wanted to take photos at Wat Arun, the boat captain accommodated and we lingered for some extra minutes at Wat Arun for this purpose. Thank you Vegas, Paint and Veem for taking care of my table.

One of our best experiences in Bangkok. First, the food was amazing and we walked away very full. Secondly, the service from Vegas, Veem and Berry was fantastic. Thirdly, the cruise was calm and enjoyable while enjoying sites along the river. Very romantic. Loved it! Thanks!

We were so lucky to be the only ones in the boat the night we booked due to being low season. It was amazing. Even if it was fully booked it still would have been wonderful as every table has an uninterrupted river view. Food is good. Worth it for the relaxing cruise

We went for my birthday it was lovely. All tables have a great view but ask for one along the side if possible as you have uninterrupted views. Great team, great boat, food was good I would say it was amazing but there was lots of it so didn’t go hungry. Free flowing drinks is worth it if you like a few. Def worth doing.

We checked into the desk and were greeted warmly and entertained by some traditional dancers while waiting to board. The boat was beautiful and the service very good. The food was "fancy" - perhaps not everyone's taste - but we enjoyed the multiple, small courses. We took some pretty pictures of a few Bangkok attractions lit up at night.

This is a lovely dinner on the river. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. The staff - Vegas, Ploy, DaDa, and Patty - were so friendly and attentive. There were lots if small courses rather than one big meal which suited us perfectly, and honestly by the end of the evening, I don’t think I could have eaten another bite. The chef was concerned there might been an issue, and I had to assure him that there was just too much to finish!

Incredible evening - what an experience ! We were sat right at the front of the boat - Bangkok from the river by night is stunning. It was a small-ish boat so not 100's of covers like many of the other boats going by. Table service; very refined atmosphere & staff were lovely. Food was delicious. Recommend the all-inclusive drinks package & highly recommend Manohra!

Warning: we should not even have been on the boat!! I totally messed up and didn’t realize that you needed to be there half an hour before your reservation (even though they clearly stated in the confirmation email). They were so kind! Staff called us and we were still in the Uber. We arrived at 7:01 for a 7 PM departure. Blew through the hotel to get to the pier and they were kind enough to wait for us. Totally unexpected. But warning warning warning!!!!!! Bangkok traffic is a nightmare. Make sure you allow an extra half hour regardless of how long Grab says! The staff is so professional, their lovely uniforms were classic. The food was outstanding, but most of all the ambience was just lovely. The boat is delightful. The woodwork below deck is lovely with a portal and paintings on the restroom doors. The carving for the lighting above deck spectacular and of course the views are incredible. Very small ship with maybe 40 people on board. Missed the cocktail hour, but that was my fault.

We had a wonderful time on this dinner cruise. The crew was very prompt, enthusiastic, and kind. Our server Vegus was delightful. The atmosphere was great and the food very delicious and unique. It was a bit choppy in the wind but it made the temperature more comfortable and there were no issues with operating the cruise with a little wind, would definitely recommend!

Extremely disappointing experience, and still hoping for a fair resolution. We booked this as a special engagement dinner, as I had proposed to my fiancée the day before. Unfortunately, our domestic flight on the same day was delayed — something completely outside of our control. We informed the staff as soon as we knew and stayed in contact throughout the day via WhatsApp. On our way, we even shared our live location so they could see exactly how close we were. The agreed check-in time was 20:00, with the boat scheduled to depart at 20:30. We arrived at the hotel at 20:30 and reached the pier at 20:32 — just in time to watch the boat leave right in front of us. Staff could clearly see we had arrived. Being refused boarding for being two minutes late under these circumstances is already very difficult to understand for a premium-priced experience. What followed made it worse. The manager showed no empathy and refused any reasonable solution. No refund was offered — only a 25% discount on a new booking (meaning we would have to pay again), or the option to wait two hours for a takeaway version of a 7-course fine dining experience. Let that sink in: a fine dining experience reduced to a takeaway box after missing it by two minutes despite clear communication and a flight delay. To make matters worse, the conversation ended with the manager asking if I would expect a refund for missing a flight — a completely inappropriate and irrelevant comparison. He also told us the staff had a picture of an empty pier when leaving. We have a picture of the boat leaving in front of it but the manager refused to see our picture. We paid a significant amount of money and received nothing in return. For a company positioning itself as a premium experience, this level of rigidity and lack of customer care does not align with those expectations. Given the exceptional circumstances — a documented flight delay, continuous communication, and arriving effectively at the moment of departure — we believe a full refund would be a fair and reasonable resolution. We hope the management will reconsider this situation and respond appropriately.

This sunset cruise was incredible! The launch point was very easy to find and access. The cruise itself was so elegant and serene. The food was exceptional and presentation flawless. I can’t say enough good things about the level of service provided by the wait staff. Simply excellent! And the cruise itself was beautiful. We got to watch the sunset and then the lights come up on the temples. I was grateful I was on this cruise versus one of the party boats that we passed. This was a beautiful way to end a day in Bangkok, and I recommended to anyone traveling there!!

We’ve been to Bangkok many times but had never tried a river cruise. We have now realised we’ve missed out on 4 opportunities previously! It was honestly brilliant; the food was just the absolute best; our taste buds have been treated like kings and queens! The staff; Jam, Play, Pay and Penny, along with everyone else involved worked their socks off to keep us topped up with drinks as we travelled along the river seeing the illuminated sights of Bangkok! Cannot recommend this enough; I don’t think my husband quite realised what he’d booked….he nailed romance and true culture in one hit!!! He’s now feeling very pleased with himself! A must do…wish we’d known before our 5th Bangkok visit!

I was looking for a nice dinner cruise on the river and the internet told me to go on this one. Good decision! Beautiful boat and DaDa, Ploy, Totti and Pitchy took great care of us. The cruise is 2 hours, the food delis, and the sights at dusk and nightfall are stunning. Well worth it and you can look at the packed out regular cruises as you comfortably relax in all the space you have. This is a must in Bangkok.
