The tickets were easy to swap at the booths. There are two floors. We went up around sunset and the lower one has air conditioning so was good when the sun was still out. We went up after sunset and there are tables available after reaching a spending limit. Fantastic views with good music.

A very good view point at top with lots id seating areas to take it all in. Glass floor is good fun and the drop lift if you are brave enough. Good value for money in comparison to other skyscrapers I have visited in the world

I only paid for admission not the actual walk which I didn't realize until I arrived. This was not clear to me when I purchased. I had to purchase an additional ticket to actual walk out when I arrived and I did. Confirm what you are purchasing prior to purchase.

The driver picked us up at the Hotel and did not return to pick us up. I asked him if he was taking us back to the hotel and he informed us that Viator was sending someone for us and we would be contacted via WhatsApp. He took a photo of us claiming whoever was picking us up would recognize us. Very dishonest and deceiving. That's the reason we payed extra.

Good, professionaly run viewing platform. No queues. Large, secure, free lockers on ground floor to leave your bags (not allowed on viewing decks) Air-con viewing floor to see all the views in comfort Top / open floor with 360 views, but can be very hot. Plenty of seating. Walk of faith glass overhang is a good experience. No phones allowed on the overhang, so ask a friend to take photos from the side. Must wear provided covers over your shoes. Took about an hour overall RECOMMEND

Initially we were not allowed to walk on the glass walk area because of the weather condition. But after a while we had a great time ! This is my second time to be here.

Wonderful experience... The view from the deck is very impressive. The glass walk is pretty daunting and challenging for people like me who have acrophobia. But worth trying to face your fear. :-) The queue was quite long, and you need to hand over your large backpack and no water bottle is allowed either.

We loved the Mahanakhon Sky Walk. Such amazing views and great photo opportunities. My daughter did the VR ride and said it was great fun. Highly recommend this sightseeing outing. We went in the early afternoon but would recommend going around 5-6pm just as the sun starts setting.

Superb experience with nice sunset view! Enjoy music and drinks while watching sunset but not very suitable for young kids after sunset.

Be very aware that if the weather is not good, you will not be able to see the city clearly. No refunds at all, even in bad weather. Make sure you go when the weather is good.

Great view and great venue. We thought it was an actual tour with a tour guide but you are left to your own devices which was fine one we realised we had no guide. I suggest just buying a ticket from the venue.

Amazing experience, even if there was a little problem with the VIATOR pass which was difficult to find and there also was a big crowd.

Busy, disorganised, and rude tourists. When you get to the top is a bun fight to get a spot of any privacy. There is also unnecessarily loud club music playing through speakers. Totally inappropriate. Be prepared not to see a sunset due to the smog. Very disappointing experience all round.

Was ok. But did not cut the line. Had to line up to retrieve ticket. Can inform next time that we have to line up to retrieve the tickzt.

Not cheap, but worth it. Note that Bangkok may be hazy so you may not be able to see as far as you like. The glass tray is really cool but a bit intimidating. You are issued shoe covers so as to not scratch the glass. Cameras and phones are not permitted there. On the way down you must traverse four floors of merchandise for sale before exiting the building.

I had a very negative experience as the staff at Sky Walk would not allow us to visit one day early, as they said they have not been paid by the tour operator. Very shameful the manner in which Viator operators operate in this country. I am disgusted with Viator. They offer no support in case of an emergency such as not being able to enter with a paid ticket ! Nobody cares about customers

This was the worst experience of my life. DO NOT book this activity through this company! They lied about transportation. I sat at my hotel waiting to be picked up and never was. I've been trying all day to get a refund!!! I gave them my hotel information and clearly requested it. I never got to go to the actual attraction.

Walking on a transparent floor more than 300 meters high at the top of one of Bangkok's largest towers: what an incredible experience! The visit is well organized and well supervised, you feel safe even when you are, like me, dizzy. The view from the 78th floor is breathtaking and allows to take the measure of the megalopolis that is Bangkok. Possibility to have a drink on this exceptional roof top. We also did the skyverse, an immersive and fun experience on the 2nd floor of the tower: very nice. If you like to take a little height and thrills, skywalking is a must during your visit to Bangkok!

On the whole it was ok, the view magnificent. But disappointing from an organizational point of view. I booked Sunset 7-10pm. So it was on the ticket! But then I was rebooked to 4-7 p.m. The price was of course paid for evening admission. When asked why times differ, I didn't get a response from either Viator or the organizer. It was only at the ticket office at the entrance that I was told that a closed event was taking place from 7 pm. Great! I didn't pay the money for 4:00. In addition, the ticket included a food package. The staff on site didn't know about this!! So... I feel slightly ripped off...

Was there at 10 a.m. and there were already a lot of people on hold before me. You have the choice of different tickets. The elevator is very fast and interesting.The view from above is fantastically beautiful.

The view was fantastic, good atmosphere with the dj and the bar. A little too many people. but it was high season! Staff were very friendly

Very beautiful tower from which you have a magnificent view of the city. Possibility to have something to drink on the top floor on the terrace. A glass platform for the brave.

La excursión en si fue muy buena, el lugar muy lindo digno de conocer. Vistas preciosas de Bangkok, no obstante compramos la ida y vuelta al hotel y nos fueron a buscar a horas hasta ahí todo bien, el chofer nos hizo fotos a los tres yo pensé que era parte de la excursión, todavía no sé para qué fue , porque no nos fue a recoger de vuelta, cuando lo llame me dijo que la recogida no estaba incluida, tuvimos que volver por nuestra cuenta. Enviamos un Email a la agencia local y fueron muy serios y profesionales y nos devolvieron el dinero del taxi. Pero la excursión en general muy buena
