Niranya Burchard was my guide and she was fantastic. She stopped along the way to point out the foliage with interesting facts. A truly wonderful person.

Itinerary
Starting with an early call time, we’ll pick you up from your accommodation before beginning the 3-hour journey northeast. At Khao Yai National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, we’ll traverse one of the many nature trails, admiring the local flora and fauna. As it is one of the oldest national parks in the country, you’ll find all kinds of animals – from mammals and reptiles to birds and insects – in the area. If we’re really lucky, we may just spot a herd of elephants nearby.
Haew Suwat Waterfall (Pak Chong) is one of the park's most picturesque bodies of water, featuring cool cascades and lush scenery.
Haew Narok Waterfall is the largest waterfall at the park, boasting a three-tiered cascade that is especially popular during the monsoon season. Note: swimming and bathing are strictly prohibited at any of Khao Yai National Park's waterfalls, including Haew Suwat Waterfall and Haew Narok Waterfall.

Great tour overall, the tour guide Pop was knowledgeable and took good care of us, the Nong Phak Chi Trail was enjoyable as it was largely flat and didnt feel too hot, do beware of leeches and insects if you are going in the rainy season like me. Khao Yai was serene and felt like a different world from Bangkok. The waterfalls were majestic and I chose the right time to come in August. The only downside was the late lunch at around 14:30 and the stop at the deer felt a bit rushed. Otherwise highly recommend this tour to you all!
Tripguru operator was great, however TripAdvisor completely confused me with pick up location, which wasn’t accurate. Luckily guide contacted me a night before and gave correct details of meeting point.
It wasn't a rainy day but still muddy and slippery. There are leeches so high socks and pants are highly encouraged. The tour guide can lend a pair of socks for a small rental fee. Mosquito repellent use is also recommended. In the main hike a park ranger joined us and he shared lots of information. Lots of butterflies. The falls were strong due the rainy season. We could hear the animals in the distance but they remained hidden in the trees due to the hot middle day. The pace was quick but manageable. It was a hot day and we each got complimentary water. Don't forget to bring soap and toilet paper for the restrooms. Nok made the tour a joy to partake in.
Very good tour. It’s a big contrast compare to the city vibe in Bangkok. Saw some deers and a lot of wild life. Heard elephants but couldn’t see them. Guide is nice and is very helpful throughout the journey.
Beautiful scenary and enjoyable hike in the national park. Our guide Nok is very kind and helpful. She is enthusiastic about her work. Strongly recommend.
Very well organised and enjoyable day trip (Customize Your Own Khao Yai National Park Tour from Bangkok – Full Day) - my guide Cake was very knowledgeable and we easily fitted all the main attractions into one (long!) day.
Khao Yai National Park was beautiful. A nice change of pace from hustle and bustle of Bangkok City. I had NG as our guide and appreciated that she provided us with a history of Thailand on our way to the park.
Had a nice full day tour walking in national park, visited two waterfall
Nok was our guide and she was excellent at telling us about the local area. She was very friendly and fun to be with. We spent a long time travelling to the National Park but it was worth it as we saw an elephant which is rare during the day. We saw some small monkeys and a deer and a tapir. The trek through the jungle was great. It wasn’t for the faint hearted as it was quite demanding. The walk to the waterfall was tough as the steps got steeper and steeper and seemed to never end. Nok kept us safe and made sure even the people lagging behind kept up with the group. When we stopped for lunch Nok helped with explaining for us which was very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this trip as I enjoyed it so much.
Great exprience with our guides Cake and Yai!very special peoplee that have accompanied us in this tour in a wonderful Place!
Had the most amazing time at the small group tour, our tour guide Angie was fantastic, she provided amazing insight into Thai history and also helped to take photos of me and my partner. The driver was also really great. All together an unforgettable experience with an amazing tour guide :)
Great guide, very nice and very thoughful, animal encounters happen even if they are random and uncertain of course ! Great jungle walk
Cool experience Certainly our guide tank He was clear and friendly Cool guide so passionate
Absolutely great! Our tour guide explained a lot to us. We saw deer, birds, and monkeys, very breathtaking!
Very abundant, the view is beautiful, the guide is very careful to explain, the driver is very focused on the passenger experience.
We stayed in Khao Yai National Park at the end of February. It was nice but unfortunately lacked water in various places (most of the water is carried by the rivers and accordingly the waterfalls in May). Animals were also sparse to see - the more beautiful was the spontaneous encounter with a small group of elephants on the street. Nevertheless, our guide was always very concerned about our group, made sure that no one gets lost & can catch up (in the jungle we all had to run in the goose march one after the other, the path was just too narrow for that, which is completely understandable) Note: Drone flying is not allowed anywhere here - so leave the good piece right at home
Our guide was Jack! Excellent service and attention. Very friendly and attentive always. I recommend it! We could see elegant in their habitat. It was a great experience
