Guided Fast Track Immigration From Aircraft To Arrivals– Bangkok

Was great to be greeted as I stepped off the plane and guided quickly through immigration and picking up my car and onwards to where I was being picked up by taxi and the guide also waited while I exchanged some money. Thank you!

Was met by Mali shortly after leaving the aircraft whilst holding a sign with my name on it. She took me to the baggage collection after clearing passport checks, a service which took only 15/20 minutes from start to finish. Well worth skipping that big immigration queue which would have taken at least 45 minutes. Once the bag was collected I out and on my way to the city.

Very smooth , I was in 5 minutes passing the immigration. There were a few hundreds people queuing at the immigration hall.

This service is no good.They won't meet you off the flight so its pointless.I booked it for my son and although he rang several times he never met anyone.Dont waste money. He used a similar service in Doha airport last week and they were incredible.He was met at the flight bridge and taken to gate of the next flight. He never got any help today.

We were able to avoid the long lines upon arrival and get out the door fairly quickly. Will definitely use again.

They had one job and they couldn’t do it. Do not use this company. Everyone else had signs, not us. Everything was confirmed for over 2 weeks and they weren’t there. Pick another company.

Was greeted at Bkk airport yesterday by a lovely lady who was so friendly and helpful after a very long day of travelling from London was taken straight to immigration no wait time this girl waited for me and then took me to collect my bags she was so kind fantastic experience if your travelling to a busy airport this is a must do

Scam. We booked the airport fast track and chose the time they said was available… and paid… and they didn’t show. We got an email after landing saying it was too early - despite the time I selected being way later than the earliest time offered. It took us 30 minutes talking to Expedia to get a refund - and the only reason it only took that long is because I’m Gold. Worse, we ended up in an immigration line literally a mile long for over an hour. How do I know it’s a scam? They claimed that I booked too late - but Expedia has settings that they could have used to reject my booking as past their booking deadline. Terrible start to the holiday. Avoid!

My guide was waiting for me as I exited plane. She had sign with my name. Guided me through immigration, to luggage pickup. Then walked me all the way to "Grab" pickup location and made sure I had it booked. I've always had wonderful service with me and will continue using them

Upon arrival I walked into terminal and she was waiting for me and had a card in hand with my name. Guided me all the way to Customs then waited until I was done. which as usual took about 10 min. the lines for those not using customs was quite long. Once I cleared was guided to my luggage. Went with me all the way to exit and wanted to wait until my friend picked up. That is called exceptional service

We dropped our bags before the guide had arrived so basically all she had to do was get us to the fast track lane at the lane there was a bit of confusion as to whether we qualified for fast track but the guide sorted it out.I would use fast track for arrival but probably not for departure

No problems ; you gave me good instructions and C everything went well except how long it took to get my luggage but that had nothing to do with your service

They were in immediate contact with me upon arrival. My guide found me right away and got me to the customs agent. It took literally a few minutes and I was off to my taxi.

Viator should disclose the mobile number of the host at the airport, so that the 'collector' knows when the guests have arrived. it took me trouble to get through via contact.
