We bought tickets at the gate but beware, it's cash only. There are ATMs on site that charge $3.50. The audio guides are great but it's sometimes hard to follow the order with the crowds. The place itself is stunning with beautiful architecture and a story behind every building. There are cafes and souvenir shops on site. The ticket also works for several other locations including Wat Pho next door. They are both "must see's" if you're in Bangkok. Go to both the above and then Wat Arun a few minutes away across the river. Or stake a claim on a riverside sky bar to watch the sunset over it and see it change appearance. If you only have 4-5 hours, this is the place to go.

Not good value for money, would have been half the price to get a Grab taxi and bought own tickets
Excellent, kind, intelligent driver, safe clean car. Was met at Grand Palace by second employee with palace ticket, skipped all lines, very easy. You can add a guide for an additional cost, or get your own guide at the palace very easily. For a reasonable rate, the driver waited 2.5 hours and returned to hotel. Recommend studying the palace map before you go.
The tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and helped take photos. Highly recommend using this agency. The pick up was very easy and made getting to the palace a breeze.
This package is useful for getting to the Grand Palace, and the operator helped us get past the crowds and skip the ticket line.
Enjoyed the experience. However, was not allowed in the palace due to a ceremony on the day we had tickets. Would have been good to have known this but still enjoyed walking around premises.
Mr. Oak took us to the Royal Palace and Wat Phra Kaew. He did a great job and was very kind and helpful throughout the trip. Even though the weather was very hot and the places were crowded, he made everything easy and comfortable for us. He has a great service mind and took good care of all the tourists. Thank you, Mr. Oak! We hope to see you again on our next trip.
Driver arrives before time , clean car and smooth drive , much appreciate .
Awesome experience. If you are interested in the history of this site, I would definitely recommend the guide option. If I didn't have the guide, I never would of learned anything about this historical site.
Great communication! Super helpful guide and lots of fun for our family!
Having the driver take us to the Grand Palace and our tickets already purchased made the experience stress free
Very prompt collection, unfortunately the collection time wasn't communicated, which meant we weren't waiting in the reception. Vehicle cleanliness and space very good.
Private transfer was on time, smooth and safe. It is the best to get a private transfers when you are for the first time in Bangkok. A driver was very polite.
It takes the difficulty of navigating the palace ticket and entry process and makes it effortless. The hard work is handled by the tour company...you just enter the palace.
I opted for this service, because wrangling kids out the door is hard enough. We paid about twice what the simple tickets would be. Our driver had trouble finding us even though we were standing outside the address I provided (and confirmed) and he wasn't particularly friendly. The person we were meeting to take is into the palace was late, so the driver had to drive around the block then told us to hurry and get out of the car (because it wasnt a stopping area). The lady who brought us inside rushed us through the front area, took a quick family picture then took off. Previous to this they had suggested we pay for a tour (up selling). Last, after I checked my phone again I see I had received several messages from the tour operator saying the driver couldn't find us and would wait "five more minutes". These were sent up to a half hour after we actually got into the car. Not really a good value for the money we spent.
The driver was very communicative in advance of the visit and turned up before the departure time, was ready and waiting. She provided helpful and useful information about the local area and where to go at the Palace. She gave me the ticket and showed me where to go. Great service, would definitely recommend. Very easy and straightforward
Panit was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. He knew the history of the Grand Palace and Wat Pho very well. He also explained details about the monarchy of Thailand.
Everything worked out perfectly and exceeded my expectations. The pick up was on time and I was offered different options for a guided tour. I highly recommend a guide. My guide (Andy) was very knowledgeable of not only the palace, but Thai history, culture, influences from its previous occupants which has defined the architecture and many other things. More importantly, my guide arranged a taxi ride back and ensured that I would pay fair price, which ended up being half of what I would have paid. When I was thirsty at the palace I walked up to a stand to purchase water but my guide paid for it. It was a nice gesture that I was not expecting.
I hired a guide who unfortunately didn't speak very good English, I hardly understood the explanation of the place, although she was kind. And the temple was beautiful.
Very friendly driver, well on time. Nothing to complain about.
Very punctual and nice driver. Has told us a lot about Bangkok booked on the drive and everything went great. Thank you. Anytime again.
