I arranged the buggy and fast-track arrival service at BKK with 24 hours' notice. After a change of flight due to a delayed connection, I was worried that they would not be able to meet me. However, I emailed them 7 hours before arrival, and they were there waiting for me. The service was very fast, and the staff were very polite and helpful. I visit BKK often and will definitely use your service again.

Full service and after 27 hours they were so helpful Met us at the gate, got mom 90 years old a wheelchair due to airline mix up, breeze through immigration. So professional and so nice

Excellent service! Due to delays my connecting flight was missed in Seoul and thus I sent a request if they would move my fast track to the next day! Their response was quick and confirming they would meet me at my next flight NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! It was a relief to see my name board and my Fast Track representative waiting for me. She walked me to a VIP immigration lane with no Que and I was done in 2 minutes. She continued to stay with me I till all my luggage was gathered and escorted me to my hotel shuttle pickup! An excellent experience and highly recommended! Definitely will use next time!

We landed late at night and did not want to navigate an airport we were not familiar with. We were pleased with the efficiency and ease the service provided us. It took the stress out of the whole process and we really appreciated that.

So worth it!!! We were picked up pretty much at the gate and walked to the VIP line. By the time we got through immigration the butler was waiting for us with our bags on the other side! She walked us to our car and it was the best airport immigration experience ever!!

This service was well worth it, especially given the super busy Christmas season with the number of tourists arriving in BKK. This was especially useful as we were traveling with young kids and elderly family members - making the flow through immigration and transfer to the domestic terminal with security check easy and smooth.

I booked and prepaid a VIP airport pickup with Thailand Longstay Management Company Limited for December 28. The Butler or service team never showed up. I waited at the arrival gate for 30 minutes. Only after I called and WhatsApped did the company admit they had internally recorded the wrong pickup date (December 29 instead of December 28), even though the reservation clearly showed the correct date and flight number. There was: No confirmation by WhatsApp or email before arrival No attempt to contact me when they failed to show Zero accountability until I chased them myself Afterward, the agent confirmed by phone that the mistake was theirs and that I was eligible for a refund. This was a paid, confirmed service that was not delivered. For a company selling “VIP” airport services, this level of disorganization is unacceptable. There are many other companies in Bangkok offering the same service that actually confirm bookings and show up. This one should be avoided, especially if you value a smooth arrival after a long flight.

Butler met us right when we got off the plane, carried our luggage, helped us get all our documents together and got us through customs, collected our luggage and got us into our car in record time! So worth the money after traveling over 24 hours!! Highlights weee skipping the long custom lines and being taken directly to a car and not having to worry about finding a car in all the airport congestion.

It was so quick and easy getting to our hotel after spending 42 hours traveling from our initial departure point to Bangkok. We didn’t have to worry about negotiating our way through the airport or the streets of Bangkok at night. No worries at all.

This was such an awesome service after a day of flying from the US into Thailand, being exhausted and hungry. The concierge was standing right at my exit with my name on a sign, and I was the last person to get off the plane. She spoke English, took my carry on, walked me to the bathroom, took me through customs the quick way told me what documents I needed, where to stand, waited & then took me to baggage claim, got my bag for me (50llbs) then walked me out to my shuttle service, even went and got water for me & took me to the ATM for exchange place. She was amazing and I’m taking the service on my way back from my return flight in a couple days and I’m so excited. I would’ve taken me a lot longer to figure it all out and I had a tour mate that had her luggage stolen because it took them so long to get through customs so this had more than one plus.

I have used this service for an arriving plane trip. I really love the ease of service and personal concierge to guide us through the airport and makes things much faster thru immigration.

We booked because we thought we would have a long time going thru immigration, but as it was our bags were checked thru direct to kho samui ,so we were with the rep for 5 mins !!! It worked out quite expensive for fast track as there was no need for it .lessons learned for next time.

What an experience. We met our assistant as soon as we walked out of the gate. She held a sign with our name on it. We just followed her to security and immigration. We went thru in mere minutes. Met her back in other side to get out bags which she did. She then called our driver to coordinate pickup. Met our car and loaded us up. So beautifuly easy. Especially being the first time at this airport. Thank you so much!!!

We were met as soon as we got off the plane. Fast tracked through immigration then picked up bags. We had a tight domestic connection and we were taken straight up to checkin for our domestic flight. Great service

Very good fast service.. it took 15 minutes from deboarding to passing through immigration. But it is very expensive.. I would say it's too expensive

I did a bundle service with pick up from the hotel to the airport plus the fast track . Hotel pick didn’t turn out to be that good but fast track was excellent. I stayed at radisson blue plaza hotel on sukumvitt road. Hotel was great but it’s a nightmare getting in and out of the hotel . Never seen this much traffic. Our hotel pick up was exactly one hr late despite arranging 4 hrs before departure. We exchanged at least 10 phone calls with the local operator about the whereabouts of the driver . She was helpful in updating me about the whereabouts of our driver but couldn’t help more then that as traffic was jammed . I even got the drivers number but unfortunately there is a big language barrier. He couldn’t tell me where he is . We had no choice but to wait for him as there was not enough time to arrange another transportation. We literally had to walk with our luggage to the street to a block to catch the van early as even pulling in and out of hotel lobby would have wasted another 30 minutes. It took us one and half hr to reach the airport once in the van . Fast track came very handy and we reached there 10 minutes before boarding. The only thing to blame is Bangkok traffic. Lessons learned . Plan way ahead for airport departure. Stay away from staying at that area as traffic is jammed there on a daily basis . We also stayed at Marriott marquee on sukkummit and it wasn’t that bad there . Departure 4 hrs before flight time would have worked from that location but still not enough where Radisson blu plaza is located . Five stars to fast track but a bit pricy if you have more people in your group and you are paying for everyone. I cannot take away this experience from the wonderful Thailand trip . Viator worked perfect for all other excursions. They were very professional and always on time . Best site to use while in Thailand if you are not using any tourist company. Also very impressed with the hospitality of Thai people . A must do country to visit in south east Asia

They don't really think with you, the order is not checked and I just had to pay the amount again to use the service the time they go through 15 min before and 15 min after otherwise your purchase expires (the return trip was dropped off by taxi 2 hours earlier we wandered around for 1:30 nobody could be found and just went through customs and arranged everything ourselves!) so a shame that everything has to come apart and otherwise money is lost and no services especially when you don't fully know how the system works and it's the first time you are going to Thailand and you have a lot of questions.
