Bangkok: Floating Market And Train Market Experience

Victor, Big Bird (the tour guides name), and king the driver were all super nice and welcoming. The communication was flawless and detailed. The pick up time was communicated around 6-8 PM the day prior to the tour. They provided water, toilet tissue, wet wipes, and local snacks (organic banana, logon, Logan, and coconut crackers) for us to try in the bus ride.

Very interesting and well organised experience but I didn’t realise that these were tourist only markets. The only shoppers were tourists and the only items for sale were souvenirs…..a good day out but don’t expect to authentic shopping The train ride at the end was a nice touch as we drove through the market that were just shopping in

My husband and 2 adult kids did this tour, it was worth it! We had a great time with Tum Tum and Maria as our guides...they were very nice, kind, funny and very informative with the history of Thailand and the area we were going to. They also gave us good tips on where to eat and what to buy. The train was a nice experience...no a/c so it was hot but you got to see the countryside so I would say just do it! Entering into the train market was an experience...keep your hands inside. Buy souvenirs at the train market it is much cheaper than the floating market. Floating market was an experience too...make sure you get sticky rice with coconut or mango. And Coconut ice cream, both were good! All in all we had a great time and would recommend doing this tour with this company! Tum Tum & Maria were the BEST guides!

Maria and Tum Tum are great. They are funny and polite. You don’t need to worry about you can lost, they will find you and wait for you if it’s necessary.

They made sure everyone was accounted for at every stop, comfortable, and knew where the restrooms were. They also shared great tips on bargaining, shopping, and local food! Our family of four loved the floating market canal boat ride and scenic train ride. We learned so much about Thailand’s history and enjoyed plenty of snacks along the way! Tum Tum and Maria truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. 10/10 would definitely recommend! 🇹🇭❤️

Absolutely amazing experience. Our guides NJ and Luna were super helpful! They shared a ton of information about both the markets, highly professional yet friendly, extremely punctual and great to converse. They even taught us how to bargain in Thai! The tour itself was quite great as well. The railway market was the highlight for us, but we also enjoyed the floating market. Would recommend shopping in the railway market instead of the floating market. Overall, 100% would recommend!

The tour was great . my guides were Luna and Yote . I came with my mother who is slightly handicap and they did an excellent job of taking care of her and making sure that she was secured the entire trip.. we were able to bring our wheelchair and she was able to do the tour with combo of wheelchair and walking stick ! they were so friendly !!!! very educational story telling . left with great pictures and new knowledge! oh and a boat ride to the last temple was great ! we feed the fish had lunch . it was a good day

The whole experience was very special and unique. Of course, the weather can affect but that’s out of anyone’s control, just know the heat is very intense and it’s not a fancy activity. Must say that our guides Woody and Maria were absolutely amazing, they took good care of us, explain and help with everything, even got us some treats. The bus was comfortable and they offer pickup service to your hotel.

It’s a nice trip to see the country side beyond Bangkok. However, both the railway market and the floating market are for tourists. If you are looking for something authentic, that is not the tour you want.

I had an amazing time one of the best floating markets in bangkok. Actually, the original footing market in Bangkok, it was a amazing experience. I found items that I couldn't find Anywhere else. I'm truly grateful for the tour guide for helping us navigate everything she was amazing and I would recommend her to anyone.

Really great experience!!! the people there were so kind our tourists were really kind and nice. They kept a smile on your face/ their faces the whole time. they gave us snacks for us to try. They made sure that everybody got on the train and got back on the bus. Nobody was left behind. Overall, a really good experience and I 100% recommend I have no complaints

We had a fabulous day trip with Woody and Jenny. The tour guides were well organised and everything was seamless. They also offered sanitiser spray and wipes which was extremely handy. Tour itinerary was great too snd plenty of free time allowed at each location. Recommend bringing your own headphones so you can listen to the audio files made available to you on the day. Highly recommend the tour and it represented great value at under AUD $40 per person!

Good mix of activities. Well organized from pickup at the hotel, buss to floating marked, boat trip at floating marked and the main attraction railway marked. Very good guides Woody and Jenny that organized without any delays.
