Wow! Alexa and Woody were fantastic hosts and guides. We were well looked after with extra treats and explained to us clearly the itinerary of the day and the local knowledge you'd expect. I booked this last minute and so glad I did.

Definitely recommend! Booking with Woody
The whole day was very well organized. They reached outbthe day before to confirm reservations and pick up times. After being picked up at our hotel we were taken to another location to jump on a larger bus. It was approximately 90 mins to the floating market. Then approx 15-20 mins to the railway market. We had a bite to eat before the train arrived. Our guides Jenny & Woody was great. Overall it was an amazing day. Thank you
Ken and Wanna amazing Great experience and we were well looked after Value for money definitely
Our tour was fabulous. Especially Victor who was a fabulous guide and very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience for us, even giving us local fruit and snacks yo try. Prime position for train and loved the boat ride. Such a wonderful experience all round. I also lost my very expensive smart watch. Victor was amazing and it was found in a long boat at floating market and I had it back within the hour. Would like to send a special shout out to Victor and all involved in getting it back to me, especially the young boy on his bike. Truly appreciate everyone's help.
Great day out, thoughtful planning to make the experience fun. The train trip and market was a highlight.
Best experience of the tour and very enthusiastic and energetic tour manager kathy and NJ Took very good care of us and didn't felt like I was traveling alone just the best tour for bankok.
Jazz was our tour guide. He was excellent and informative guide who gave us an outstanding Thailand experience!
Well organised , great experience , Katie and Victor were great as was driver Saw plenty and not rushed , great advice , communication great
The tour was incredible. Everyone was amazing, everything on time. Beyond expectations by far. Special recognition to Toto and Farah who were our guides. They give a 200 %!!! Definitely a must in Bangkok. I really recommend it and ask for Toto and Farah as they are excellent!!! Thanks a lot
Such a cool experience. Jenny and Katy were our guides and they were fantastic! Only wish would be to have been able to spend more time at the markets. Felt a tad rushed but other than that. I highly recommend
the tour guide is so nice and kind kwan and victor
Everything was excellent and included everything. Must consider. Market and train both were fantastic experience.
We booked a private tour, including a train experience, and we couldn't have been happier with how the day turned out. Jazz was an outstanding guide—knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly patient throughout the tour. He shared fascinating insights about Thailand and the surrounding region, making the experience both enjoyable and informative. We highly recommend this tour and especially Jazz for anyone looking for a memorable experience.
We enjoyed our tour. Janie and Victor both are nice. They cared for us all day. Food was also good. Syed from Pakistan
The tour was very well organized, our tour guide Maria was very knowledgeable, we got lots of water throughout the tour and new fruits to try throughout the day. Loved both the train market and the railway market. Very well worth the money and timings worked really well and we never felt rushed!
The pickup time was at 8am we drove for like 1 hour then, we stopped at a parking lot and we stayed in the bus for 40 minutes from 9am to 9:40 (wasted to time), the train experienced was not fan as I thought. The floating market was AMAZING, the guy tour Wody and Tuk were fun, respectful and very knowledgeable!
interesting and different. It was organised very well. Our tour guide, Ana was exceptional - friendly, knowledgable and very sweet. Definitely worth the time
This was definitely one of my best experiences in Bangkok, Thailand. From pick up to drop off. I love the boat and train ride. Everyone should experience this at least once. Our tour guide Tuk did an AMAZING JOB! THANK YOU TUK! And gave us a history lesson while having fun 😊. Keep up the good work.
From pick up to drop off really good & trip Well planned with plenty information would definitely recommend
Great Tour Guide Wanna and Tum Tum. Everything as expected. On time and very comfortable. Highly recommended.
This was an interesting destination, however, the markets all sell the same 100+ items and many try to get you to buy which gets old being so pressured when you want to look. Our guide, MJ gave us travel times that were incorrect to make her look good and she spoke to the group in a way that would be great for preschoolers, but not adults. The bus driver was great.
The train journey made wonder what was the purpose of our travel on such a worn-out train. The vendors offered cheap goods, which brought to mind memories of Tiajuno, Mexico, in the 1980s. The air-conditioned restaurant that our guide suggested proved to be overpriced and comparable to a restaurant in sukhumvit. Leading us to walk a bit further along the uneven train tracks to another establishment where I unfortunately experienced the worse PadThai I have ever tasted.
Kathy the tour guide was amazing. Did a great job explaining things and was very funny.
everything was amazing Maria and Ai are the best !!!
Great experience Fantastic hosts Woody and Alexa were knowleadgeable and entertaining . They made the experience unforgettable
This is a wonderful experience. The train ride is great but the portion where it goes through the market is not to be believed. So much fun. And then to see the vendors pull their stalls back down was great. The floating market was great. Great to see. It was a full day with all the travel.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Tour Experience. #Jenny the guide. I had a wonderful experience with this tour operator during my recent trip. Everything was very well organized from hotel pickup to sightseeing tour to rail market and floating village. The communication was clear and prompt, and always confirmed timings in advance which made the journey very smooth and stress-free. All drivers and guides were professional, polite, and always on time. I especially appreciated how they customized the itinerary according to my preferences and ensured I could cover all major attractions comfortably. As someone who has traveled to 22 countries, I can confidently say this was one of the most well-managed and value-for-money tour experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly tour operator. I will definitely use their services again on my next visit with friends and family. Thank you for making my trip memorable! — Munish Bansal
The floating market is cool but, you need to see it by boat and make sure the boat driver agrees to go slow. Train market is a skip. We had a private tour and our guide was a very nice young man but no guidance was given. We ran through the train market at such a quick pace with back rows to avoid slow down. No idea what was being sold and no opportunity to shop.i really have no idea of what the whole thing was about. Train ride for an hour to run through in 5 mins. We were taken to the floating boats. Guide did not get in the boat but said he would meet us there. Our boat driver drove as fast as he could the whole way. Not slowing for any vendors. It would have been nice to be able to talk to the vendors or buy something from them. If the guide had been in the boat I believe it would have been better to communicate our wants. When we got to the dock he greeted us and again ran through the Market. He told us he would meet us back in 1:20 hours and we can have lunch or shop. We saw many other guides walking the market with their groups giving history and even guiding on purchasing. We returned to our apartment an hour earlier than expected. Wondering if that is why we felt rushed all day. The tour description said there was a audio guide available but never saw that.
Great experience!! So much fun! NJ is an outstanding guide!! Train and floating market were one of a kind experiences!!
It was a full day and very interesting. The boat ride through the water way between the markets on both sides was interesting to see but very commercialized as was the markets at the train tracks. The markets were geared for tourists so were over priced. Jenny our guide was fabulous and very helpful with our needs. The bus driver was great as well. Overall an enjoyable day and was worth experiencing.
Maria was a fantastic guide. Clear in instructions and gave a good overall experience. There is an audio guide that you can opt to listen via your phone too so I suggest bringing your Bluetooth headset. You will need data though. The floating markets were interesting and showcased how things were. As the overview says, it is more touristy now, especially with the railway too. Nonetheless it was a cool experience to wander down the railway line to shop, then have to duck into the stalls as the train arrives.
we were not aware that we would have needed internet connecting, this information should have been made clearer. Time for our pick-up should have been giver at least the day earlier, not on the morning of the trip. Your App is so hard to access, seems to be too many processes to get into it. Trip was fantastic
Fun allday trip.. Leo and Gaymo the guides was awesome! Need to add more characters so this is me writing more
Anna, our private tour guide was absolutely awesome! She spoke very good English was easy to understand. She was very conscientious of the timeframe that we had and was excellent at getting the driver around Construction traffic that was all backed up. She got us to the train on time! She’s very passionate about her culture and country and was very happy to explain any and all questions that we had. she also was good at pointing out simple little facts and places that you’ve never notice if you did not have her with you. From what we figured out with her, she does many other different style tours that her company offers. If you were to book this private tour of any kind that they offer we highly recommend Anna as a guide!
Fantastic day! Jenny and Farah were amazing. Caring, knowledgeable and very organised. Could have done this trip by ourselves but wouldn't have learnt or seen as much Thank you all.
Excellent organisation and guides of Nok and Maria. Punctual. Helpful, friendly. Got seats on train . 6 hours well spent
I enjoyed this experience. The tour guide was knowledgeable and provided clear instructions. The locations were enjoyable. Coach was airconned for comfort.
Be prepared for some travelling time to get to/from the Train Market and Floating Market, but we felt it was well worth it! Coach was comfy and air-conditioned, seats were virtually Premium Economy! Train is not air-conditioned, but open windows made for a nice warm breeze. Try to get a window seat for the arrival into the Market station, what a blast fist-bumping and high-fiving hundreds of people just inches from the train! Then you get to do it in reverse as you watch the train leave again. Long-tailed boat ride on the canals to the Floating Market was fab also, and a nice vibe once there. Tour guides K.K. and Alexa were brilliant, engaging and informative and always made sure you knew where to be and when. For the price, an absolute steal, and we had a fabulous experience.
Great day out Lovely knowledgeable guide. The floating market boat trip was great fun and railway market and train ride enjoyable
A total of 5 of us went on this tour. The transportation was delayed due to a major traffic incident that blocked major traffic flow for weeks now. It was out of their control but they made the time pass so well. Our guide was so full of life and gave a lot of useful information to help understand Thai culture. Her name was Nee and she was with us every step of the way! From haggling to selecting food, she offered meaningful input and honestly the value was probably double of what I paid. It was an adventure and the best I've had in Thailand so far!
Tutka was an amazing, entertaining, and knowledgeable tour guide. She made the tour enjoyable and educational, giving a uniquely interesting perspective about Thailand, its people, and culture. Highly recommended!
We arrived from Canada the same morning we took this tour! It was a perfect low key way to start our Thailand adventure.
Exceptional. Katy the host.very good. Excellent experience with bus traonin boat. Great opportunity to shop.
Great experience with lots of chance's to shop and sample food. Everything was inexpensive with long stretchee to rest during transportation.
This was an awesome tour! You and your family will be enjoy it 💕 I wasn’t sure what to expect but I went beyond what I had imagined. We had the best tour guide too. Kwan was great! She really took good care of us.! Very memorable table experience. Loved it♥️
Guide Nee was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I liked Train market and journey more than floating market. Check in at meetings point, Bus, Guide everything was flawless.
Our tour guides Jenny and Knee, fabulous knowledge of the attractions I attended. Boat ride to market was good travelling down the canals and past peoples homes, very interesting. Market well that was a very different story, This out of tour guides hands to manage, the market was great, excellent vib about the market, to experience a better atmosphere the kaos of boats all through a very narrow area could be slightly managed better but i guess that's part of the desire of that market. Food was good, take cash as struggled to find ATM if needed more cash. Train at the market well if you expect to see conditions like the marketing photos you will be disappointed, its cramped with people trying to walk the tracks and stop at stalls etc then you have the train coming the sight of seeing stall holders pack up as travels past very slowly is good for a photo or two but very much different to promo's and to see stall holders reset after is fabulous. the train ride through the market where we later go off train was a very strange feeling were by you could touch people as you travel buy. An experience I would never forget and many say its very touristy, well yes it is and that helps the people of those communities/villages.
I highly recommend using a guide to visit these markets so you can make the most of your time. We started our trip around 10:00 a.m., which was perfect. First, we took a traditional boat and strolled along the canal for about 15–20 minutes before arriving at the floating market. It was full of fresh fruits, prepared food, and unique local experiences. The food was delicious and very inexpensive. Be ready to negotiate prices when shopping for souvenirs—we got some great deals. After lunch (you can choose where to eat), we took a bus to the train market. You’re free to pick the best spot to watch the train pass by, almost touching your clothes (you can actually touch it!). Afterward, we boarded the train for about 30 minutes. Our bus was then waiting to pick us up and take us back to Bangkok (MBK Mall). Our guide, Wanna, was amazing—so kind and attentive. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for her!
Ploy was an excellent guide and the bus driver was very professional. This was a great experience and would recommend to everyone. Ploy answered questions and even helped us find our way back to our hotel! She was excellent and it was so fun!
